Depression is the commonest psychiatric disorder all over the world.


A depressed person always have negative thoughts in his mind so he face different physical and mental problem 


We are always sad if we are in depression, we feeling nothing pleasant happening around us. 


We never like to talk to others but we can't compare temporary sadness with depression. 


Temporary sadness is something else. If you are temporary sad then you will overcome it with the passage of time or when you will get some good news. 


A depressed person feel himself worthless. He thinks that he isc dull. He think that he is inferior and cannot get succes in life so he start to hate himself 




Overcome: 




  • Don't miss on taking bath daily .


Take proper nutrients as it help to release neurotransmitters. 



  • Walk barefoot on the mud because it will help to relax mind.


  • Spend more time with the nature, make gardening your hobby .


  • Take deep breathing 10 times almost once in a day .


  • The main and important thing is that fill your mind with positivity and avoid all the negative news.
