1 larger onion
3 medium carrots
500 g minced pork
1 vegetable cube
oregano
salt
pepper
500 g tomato
puree ketchup (sweet)
3 cloves garlic
Preparation
1. Saute onions and carrots over low heat. You can use oil or ointment or half. Put the meat on it and lightly chop it with a fork. Cover. Meanwhile, melt the cube. After ten minutes, add salt and pepper, add oregano, squeezed garlic. Crush the meat again with a fork so that there are as few lumps as possible. Add liquid (soup). Cover. Simmer over low heat.
2. Meanwhile, add water to the pasta. When it boils, add salt and put the one you want. I love spaghetti. Be careful not to overcook. Look at the bolognese, add the liquid if it has evaporated and squeeze again with a fork. Add tomato sauce, stir and let it simmer. Finally add a little ketchup, check the flavors, if necessary add spices (salt, pepper). Extinguish the fire and stir.
