How to make the oral saline

The oral salary is not a medicine. Yet it saves a lot of lives in case of food poisoning or dehydration like diarrhoea .It is commonly used in every house all over the world .So everyone should know preparing oral saline but all don't know it.It is easy and cheap to prepare oral saline.

First ,a person has to take a cleaned glass or a pot .Then ,he put a half litre cool distilled water .Next,the has to add one table spoonful of sugar and one-fourth shoonful of edible salt to the cool distilled water .After that,he has to add one -fourth spoonful edible soda to the water .Finally,he will have to stir it at least two or three minutes .In this way,any one can prepare make the oral saline at home
