Why do Projects fail?
This is very obvious but also trivial because you can work hard on a certain project but it would still fail in one way or another. I’m not saying that there’s no escape and that every projects fail but there are things that you should consider when working on your project. Sometimes, working on a project without consulting to your superiors or someone you’re doing this project for can cause failure, lack of attention and effort can also put your project at risk.
Why do projects succeed?
Project succeeds because you may have done a proper planning before doing it right away, doing some research can also help because having enough information can help with the flow of the project, there is also a proper communication between group mates: exchanging of ideas and creating solutions for every problem. I believe that one factor that could also make your projects succeed is by consulting to your superiors when you have questions. It’s good to be independent but we need to lower our pride and consider that our superiors have far more experience and knowledge to your field so asking for their help once in a while can also boost the success rate of your project.
