I will break the chains of poverty with the power of education
Greetings!
How are you guys! Today I exercised hard and enjoyed the last day of the month. I went for a swim in the nearby river with my cousin. The winter season is over here so I enjoyed swimming and the water was not deep but alas my cousin can't swim. He sat by the river watching me swim and and throwing stones into the flowing water. He doesn't know how to swim because he was born in a city and I was born in a village. Most citizens do not know how to swim because they prefer to bathe in home water.
Standard of education here
You all know very well that the standard of education in the villages is very low. First of all, in most of the villages there is no educational Institution from which children can get education. There is a school in our village which is limited to 8th class only. But I have set a goal for some reason.
Poverty
Poverty in our area has bothered us. My father was a soldier but he left his job ten years ago because according to my father it is very difficult to do army job. My father became a former after leaving his job. But we could not get out of poverty because government jobs were much better than farming. Because poverty destroys the house.
Need clean water
The people of our village are forced to drink water from rivers and ponds. The chief of our village does not do any work, he is only seen asking for votes on the occasion of elections. Some time ago an unknown person installed a small filter plant in our village which has now failed.
Not a single hospital
There is not a single hospital in our village. There is only one doctor who does not even have MBBS degree. He only treats ordinary patients like fever, cold and sores. If someone falls seriously ill, he has to be taken to a city twenty kilometers away.
My uncle helping me
My father did not have money for my education but my uncle helped me financially for my education. My uncle actually works in a government office in the city. My college fees are paid by my uncle. He told me that you have to become a military officer after graduation. I also personally like to be a soldier.
I know that education is very important for every man and woman. But even men in our village are struggling to get an education. Most of the boys here drop out of school after finishing 8th class. Because a farmer is unable to give his children a higher education.
But I preferred education to farming. I think if we start farming we will never get out of the swamp of poverty. Then our children will never be able to get out of the chains of poverty like us in the future.
Education shines in the dark
I think education is a force that can change our lives. Knowledge teaches us the art of iving. Knowledge gives us consciousness. In today's world it is very difficult to live without knowledge because knowledge enlightens our hearts. And show us the way to make the right choices at different times in life.
When I look around
Tears well up in my eyes when I look around because we can't see sad faces because of poverty. I feel helpless because I can't help anyone. At least I'm not ruthless.
When I connect with social media, I look back on my village far from the present. We were not familiar with the name of development. Our village has a large population but we are in trouble.
Lower village of the province
My village is located at the end of the province which is why political leaders do not come to see the condition of our village. Our village is being completely neglected.
Ending thoughts
I will build a big hospital in my village after getting the job. I want to end the poverty of my village. That is why I am working day and night because I have to do something for my village.
Have you guys done anything for your village? Do you think like me? I would like to know your thoughts below.
Thank you!
