The Cold Cash - All are in pesos

Salary - Your salary will depend on the Salary Grade (SG) for your position which you can check in the latest salary schedule issued by Department of Budget and Management

PERA - This is currently 2,000 per month

Clothing Allowance - 6,000 per year

Midyear Bonus - Equivalent to your monthly basic salary

Year End bonus - Equivalent to your monthly basic salary

Cash Gift - 5,000 per year

PEI - 5,000 per year

CNA - Maximum 25,000 per year

Monetization of Leave Credits

LEAVE CREDITS

You will earn 2.5 leave credits every month. In a year that is 30 days but reduced by 5 days for forced leave. You have 25 days per year to take leave of absence with pay. Or you can turn it into money by monetizing it. Or you can accumulate so when you leave or retire you will get terminal leave benefit.

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to pass Civil Service Examinations like Sub professional and Professional will help you enter or move up the appointive positions.

If you have PRC eligibility like Engineer, CPA, Doctor of Medicine then you can enter in certain positions even without the CSC exam. Experience is important as well.

The elective positions has to win the election.

These benefits are great but I think that the corresponding amount should be increased. All goods that are on the market are very high nowadays. Kailangan mas madamin pang benefits na idagdag for Filipino workers.
