@ARC-FORTUNE gave us a background to that man US marine he kill transgender that is Jenifer laude he brutally kill her and sentence 10 years in imprisonment and he serve in prison for 5 years the president give him a pardon now because he show good conduct. He knows that it is a sensitive topic but he want to only hear our opinion from us.

Well my opinion is that : It is not good that Pemberton get a pardon from the President duterte.Because he is a killer.He brutally killed a transgender named Jenifer laude.And it is really injustice to pardon the killer.He should have sentenced hang to death in the place of prison.
