What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail and that your success was guaranteed? What steps would you take right now to make the life of your dreams a reality?
Most individuals desire certain things in life, such as a good home, a healthy bank account, a fulfilling career, and loving relationships. They wish life was better, that they could have more, or that things were different in some way. They may even be aware of the procedures required to go there, but something is preventing them from doing so. What is it that keeps people in their comfort zones, driving with their brakes on?
When you try to attain your life goals, the negative views you have of yourself or the impacts of toxic experiences you haven't processed yet may describe you sticking in your own comfort zone, retaining incorrect beliefs about yourself or holding on to shame and self-doubt. No matter how hard you try, these negative images and pre-programmed comfort zones in which you find yourself seem to cancel out your good intentions. So, what if, instead of relying on willpower, you used it to fuel your success?
Simply by letting go of your limiting ideas and shifting the images you have of yourself, you may release the brakes. Unfortunately, most people prefer to remain in their old comfort zones and then moan about their situation rather than taking action. And if you keep moaning, thinking about, and writing about how things are, you'll keep reinforcing the same neural pathways in your brain that put you here in the first place, and they'll keep you there unless you change them.
To break the loop, you must instead concentrate on imagining, talking about, and writing about the reality you wish to create. You must inundate your unconscious with thoughts and pictures of your desired new world, and stretching your comfort zone is one way to accomplish it. New thoughts and images of what you want should be bombarded into your subconscious and unconscious minds. Images of a greater bank account, a trimmer, healthier body, intriguing career, engaging friends, and unforgettable events come to mind.
Affirmations are one of the most effective methods for doing so. Simply said, affirmation is a statement that your desired goal has already been accomplished. If your objective was to earn $150,000 per year, your affirmation may be, "I am very delighted and appreciative that I am now effortlessly earning $150,000 per year." If you want to run a marathon, say to yourself, "I'm so glad and proud to be running across the finish line." After reciting each affirmation, close your eyes and imagine yourself running across the finish line of a marathon or reading at your tax return and seeing that your income has increased to $150,000.
Another method to push yourself out of your comfort zone is to focus on the objective you want to achieve. Not only is this a good approach to overcome your concerns and test the waters, but success frequently follows when you lead into a new activity by being open to opportunities and willing to do whatever it takes to pursue them further without a contract, a guarantee of success, or any expectations. You lead into whatever you've just started, you get a sense of how it feels, and you decide whether you want to keep going or stay on the sidelines pondering, reflecting, and contemplating.
Remember that an unseen energy force offers you more opportunities, resources, and people who can assist you at what appears to be the perfect time for you to profit the most from them. As a result, taking action on your most essential goals is one of the most crucial things you can do.
