It seems it is just yesterday that we are young, full of energy and dreams for the future. Tiredness has no room in our healthy body then, in a wink of an eye we realize those days are gone, and the dreams was not fulfilled and no more the driving force of a young to go on that unfulfilled dreams. Life too short to be wasted. So, while still young time must be used wisely focus. For the time wasted will never be regained.
