Clearly to say, you won´t get much sats a day, but you make those steps anyway and you cary you mobile phone with you anyway, so why not just get a small bitcoin reward of doing so.
Since i installed it 4 weeks ago i was able to collected about 350 sats with doing about 5000 to 7000 steps a day. My wife started it too and she collected 250 in that timeframe with 9000 to 11000 steps a day. It is to mention that you are extra rewarded if you do more than 10k steps a day.
Please keep in mind to open the app at the end of the day to collect the walked rewards.
You can also earn additional sats with a daily fortune wheel spin and Chess Games. Using those you should be able to collect another 25 sats per day.

Like i said initially, when you want to make a lot money in a short time period, this will not be you choice but in my oppinion, get rewarded for things you do anyways is definitively worth it.
