Leader

Leader ! Who lead his team or for make his team stronger. A leader has no wish for his own. He always think about his team. Leading is not so easy. We think they have power so whatever he can do. But no ! Its wrong. A leader has many sacrifices. Otherwise he can't be a leader. Leadership skill one of the most hard skill. You must have multiple skills for be a leader. You can't shy, you can't stop, you can't rest, you have to forget your self for your team.

I respect all the leaders who do many things for their team. They montitor their team always keep eye one them.

A leader must have super confident for lead their team. He should always hold his mind that he is a leader. Yes he is !

QUALITIES OF A LEADER-

Confident: Confident is running like blood through tendons of a leader. He never think that anything impossible. He think that everything is possible till he is alive. A leader always has positive attitude, he never think about past failure he always make preparation for success.

Self believe: A leader a belief his self and his team. He make his team like a stone. He believed that the training who provide his team that never be worthless. He believed if failure has come no need to sad or if success has come no need to over enjoyment. He believed his own thoughts.

Planning: A proper plan is way for proper success. A leader makes plan for his team. A plan which are not less than tactical expert. He make it easier than others. His thinking power must be upper level. His planning must like shine of sun.

Educational Background: A leader must belongs to higher educational background. Because of his education he can provide his team a lot of knowledge. Withdraw education a leader is like a tree without leaf. If a tree is big or bigger but without leaf a tree is valueless. Education reach a leader to his destination more fast. Education will help for reach his target, study, research all skills come from his educational background.

Ethics of A leader: A leader ethics must be full of honesty and pure heart. He never do anything out of ethics. He complete his duty from his boundaries, he has knowledge between good and bad.

Looks: It doesn't matter how handsome or beautiful a leader is. But a leader must look a gentle look. Wear something different that people can guess, yes!! He is the leader.

Inferiorities of a bad leader-

Over confident: A bad leader sometimes show over confidents. He think that his planning never failed, he will never failed. Even failure is a part of a good leader. Over confident can destroy the possibility of success. A good leader shouldn't over confident with his work.

Fake Attitude: A bad leader always show a fake attitude to his team. He never share and care with his team. Always being like a arrogant personality that can destroy leadership.

Lack Of Knowledge: A bad leader always pretend like a genius but he is not. Always he is busy with a fake attitude. He never try to improve his self. Then its affect on team.

Rough Behaviour: Behaviour is the main power of a good leader but some bad leaders behave very rough with his team. Which can destroy a good relation between team and leader.

Balancing Priority: Some bad leaders can't give same priority to the members of a team. The member who can better always talk about him and forgot due members. It can breka the unity of a team

Conclusion: So I share some qualities and inferiorities of a leader. In my personal life i was a leader in my college life and I still a leader in my university life. I always take care of my classmates. Leadership is my passion. I can handle my class very nicely. Sometimes I become fed up but then again my mind gonna walk right way.
