Hi guys, this is my first article since I am newbie here. I'm so excited to share with you my knowledge in making articles. Hopefully that you guys will support me even though I'm not good enough in english.

My article is all about THE BIG CELEBRATION. Every year, in our place we always celebrating the festival of our patron which is Saint-Santo Thomas De Villanueva. It is showing the thanksgiving of our patron through in dancing and singing with the beat of a music using drums, xylophone, trumpets, bugle and etc. The dance steps include four basic patterns called ki-ay, karag, kurug and karahay.

These four dance steps are being performed by well-choreographed teams from elementary and high schools in the area. Our place also known as for its sites attractions since we have many spots or beaches and other products including local gun industry.

Among the highlights of the event are the street dance competition, ritual showdown and the Karansa Festival Queen contest.It is where people from all walks of life meet to appreciate the beauty and offered by the very enthusiastic performing contingents. It was quite amusing to watch the dancers with energetic and graceful together with their lovely Karansa Queen. While you watching, you can also dance with them because of its musics and the faces of the happy performer's faces.

You can see also a lot of people selling a different kinds of food and toys for the kids while others are just enjoying talking or chatting with their friends stand by in parks.

But right now, because of this pandemic all of this are just a memory. You cannot see a people dancing along the street, selling a goods and no lot of people go to our church. I am so sad because its been 2years no big celebration happened. But I hope this pandemic will be end soon.
