Once upon a time I was awarded with a "L6 Private Jet" NFT in Rising Star. I had zero use for it so I wanted to sell it asap. I ended up selling it for 190 SWAP.HIVE. Which I thought was pretty good for spending 10,000 starbits on the pack of 3 cards in which I got it.
That leads me to today. I finally figured out how to 'trade' my SWAP.HIVE for normal HIVE tokens so that I could buy 12 packs of cards in 1 go. So that is what I did. Today I welcome you to follow along my pack openings and hopefully we pull something good.
Now in order to accurately get a cost of these cards I am going to go off of what the lowest price is on the market at the time of writing. It was easier than I thought and the total price would be 203,607 Starbits.
At a cost of 0.00028 Starbits per HIVE that comes out to a total of 77.37066 HIVE.
I spend 50 HIVE on it so that means I made 27.37066 HIVE on this purchase. Of course that is assuming I sell all the cards and I sell all of them for current valuation. Both of those seem unlikely so I think it's safe to say I will break even. I doubt I would get 90,000 Starbits for Beethoven and I don't think I will even sell it as it's a limited edition.
All in All I think it was worth it. There aren't any major game changers that I pulled but I also already have a L9 Steevc card which was a game changer for me. Thanks for reading guys and have a great day!
