Type C Charging Port For Universal Use *The technology upgraded at a super rate and so did the devices. The processors, camera everything upgraded rapidly, and now even charging of devices also. Earlier the highest charging speed was around 30W in even the costliest phones above 1000$ and now fast charging is common in devices and is even available in entry-level devices. Recently you may heard the news of* ***Redmi*** *launching its new phone Redmi Note 12 explorer edition featuring 210Watt charging and is said to fully charge the battery 4300 Mah in 9 minutes. Damm that's crazy fast, I mean this seems too much to me. More addiction, bad battery life.* **Evolution Of Charging Ports And Data Cables** *But keeping those things aside have you noticed the evolution and variation of charging ports, charging cable or data cables, before smartphones came into existence there were mostly USB-type ports or pin-like ports but now we have Type A, B, C, and D as well, ETC lol. Apple has a lightning port. There's so much variation in charging ports nowadays.* **Greedy Set-up By Companies** *This business approach may seem cool in front of common people's eyes that we have so many varieties but tell me don't you feel annoyed or manipulated to get a different charging port for every device you have? To transfer data you need different cables for smartphones. The companies have created a market like this where for the same purpose you are using different things. Not to mention E-waste produced in that variety of productions.* **A Great Idea** *To counter this* ***Europe*** *has applied strict rules to make companies use Type-C port in their devices for charging all digital devices like pc, phone, laptop, etc. Seeing them* ***Brazil*** *is also planning or they have already implemented it, I am not able to confirm their situation.* *But recently in* ***India****, a meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Task Force happened in which many tech, education experts, and other experts took part in it and proposed this plan to make Type C mandatory for charging ports of all digital devices. The meeting was a success and the majority of them agreed with this copied idea, lol. And the paperwork to pass this law will be proposed soon to the government.* There's a high chance this rule will pass as it has benefits mostly. Don't you agree life will be so easy while charging our devices when for every device we need just one single Type C cable? **Now One More Question Arises Why Type-C Only?** *As Type-C ports can transmit data at a higher rate. Type-C ports support relatively larger charging currents ranging from 3 A to 5 A, and even support reverse charging meaning you can use one device to charge other device wirelessly, this function is limited to Wi-Fi for now. Type-C ports are refined in structure and safe to use than other ports.* **Sponsor Of This Article:-**

Not only for smartphones but for every gadgets and techs. This stops companies from doing their trap business and helps reduce E-waste along with easing human lives.* **And tell me what charging port your phone has. Does all the smartphone in your house have different charging ports?**
