Are you familiar with Ol or Elephant Foot Yam, a variety of Yam? It causes small itching in mouth after eating it if the Ol is not fully developed. So to avoid it, we thought of making it a pickle. And here's the preparation made for it. It's still wet so waiting for the mighty Sun to dry it. It was very big like an Elephant foot and my father immediately chopped it off after bringing it so didn't got the time to capture it and show you how big it was!

Big vegetable with big health benefits. It's just consuming it directly is a bit troublesome as some of them cause itching and none would like that while eating.

The pickle version is one of kind even in market it's expensive then mango and mixed pickle. It's our first time let's hope we are adding the right ingredients.
