Generation Z is the generation of persons born between 1997 and 2012. They are characterized by their attachment to work, their engagement, their tenacity and especially their creative spirit. They are the first generation to grow up with the internet and social media, and also the most diverse generation in history, with a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
Generation Z is known for being tech-savvy because they are digital natives, but also because they are more involve in the high-tech world and its evolution through entrepreneurship. The major part of them are socially conscious and take part in different social movements for women-men equality or others socials issues like climate change, social justice ... Despite being criticized for their low participation at elections, we have to recognize that they are more likely to be politically active than previous generations.
If we compare them to previous generations, Gen Z is more digital, more entrepreneurial, socially conscious, politically active, educated, bilingual ... In summary, Generation Z is the generation that will shape the future, and they are already making their mark by breaking down barriers and creating new opportunities.
When we take a quick look at the future, the next generation will probably be a generation L, L for lazy. It's very sad, but the reality is that generation L doesn't like working, they prefer diploma than knowledge. They mostly pass their time in party and debauchery. They don't have any respect for each other and trample social values.
It's very painful to see that we are heading towards a generation L after seeing one of the best generations ever.
