The body in the picture is said to be that of "Tsewang Paljor", a mountaineer who died in 1996 while attempting to reach the summit of Mount Everest. He and his team (seven others) lost their lives in their height travel that year. The never-decomposing bodies remains till this day.
Some over 300 perons have died while climbing Asia's "Mount Everest" (the tallest mountain in the world).
Many of these bodies are deliberately left on the mountain as sign posts, warnings and landmarks to others who attempts same expedition.
So mountaineers, while climbing the mountain, sees the bodies of colleagues who had same dream as they. Those bodies are left to communicate to them either, "man, go back so you don't end like us", or "man, go on, you can, please help fulfil my dream, it will revenge my death".
These corpses have scared many from ever attempting to climb the mountain. The same corpses have served as motivation for others to climb the mountain.
