It made her smile. "But, Friend, promise me," Aki said. "Promise that you will not reach the age of fifty before you decide you need to turn your attention to another man, please ,." Laughing she stared at it.
"You really, have done nothing but joke."
"Promise me first," she whispered.
"Yes!" she replied with a smile.
"We look like crazy ," she said laughing.
"The crazy, is that who miss someone like Raymond Escudero. That's the certified crazy."
They laughed together.
Raymond flirted with her last semester. It was kind and gentle. But she could not expect it even though she knew she was devoting herself only to Billy. She didn't like Raymond or any other guy for that matter simply because they weren't Billy.
"But admit it," Jen said. "You feel better now that you know you are free to tell me about your feelings for Billy." She smiled.
Jen was right. The weight on her chest decreased knowing that there was someone she could talk to about her feelings for Billy.
"Thank you," she said with a smile.
"What are friends for?" its smiling language as well.
"Your promise okay?" She frowned before she understood what it meant. She answered with a loud laugh.
"CONGRATULATIONS!" Akiko was happy to greet Billy when she got close to his seat. His team just finished a game against another University. Their University Team won and a big reason for that win over Billy.
There are only a few people inside the gym. She sat on the first bleacher while waiting for it to come out. Even when she was alone she was not ashamed to shout loudly and cheer for it.
"Is my game okay, Aki?" said Billy, then sat down next to her.
"Can I pass for PBA? What do you think ?"
"Yes," she said. "And you have more fans. It seems that the people who shouted for our University team did not play the game but you. Later, you will have a fan club."
"I only want to see a girl every time we play," he said, then pulled out a few strands of her hair and pinned it behind her ear.
Again, she felt a small amount of electricity creep into her body. If it only knew how powerful it would have on her.
"As long as you were there and cheered me on, that was right for me. I solved there."
She smiled at what he said.
"Maybe you want to snack on me at least? She said this because she can't stare at it for a long time.
"Are you hungry for screaming?" he asked with a smile.
"Let's have a snack," he said and took the bag and book she was carrying even though he had his own bag.
He was wearing basketball shorts and a navy blue t-shirt. It looks great at a height of six-two. Even though she is also tall at a height of five-seven, she feels she is still small when it is next to him.
He supports her in descending from the bleacher. When they got out of the gym he held her hand as they walked. Anyone who sees them will think they are engaged to her.
Billy is sweet to her. It always holds her hand when they walk otherwise it is in her arms. Sometimes she is the one who is wearing it on his arm. With those little things, she was very happy. If she used its frequent expression she would have contented with that.
He had two girlfriends and he both cried over them. She is very grateful because she has not had a girlfriend for two years, although, he often dates.
"Hi, Billy," greeted the three student babes they met at the same time.
"Hi," did Billy greet them warmly. She even heard their faint giggles as they passed them.
"See?" she smiled at Billy.
"There are more and more possible members of your fan club," ahe teased.
"And who will be the president?" its riding on her.
"If only you could?" he said while winking at her.
"Why, you're happy," he raised an eyebrow.
"You agreed. After all, I am the president of your fan club."
"You?"
"Yes," it replied.
"I'm really your number one fan, right? Raymond would have been vice president if you answered."
"So, I wish I had just answered Raymond, right?"
"No, he a quickly says, that made her heart rejoice."
It was a woman. You just did it right. You can't have a boyfriend yet, "she said as if she were her father.
"Says who?"
"Says me."
"Why are you, your women left and right?" He said eleven times.
"What left and right? You're too much. It's all just friendly dates. You're the only woman in my life.
She sighed. If only friendship had not pushed her to say that, she would probably be the happiest woman in the world. He only holding her hand and hugging her had a different meaning besides friendship, would she have nothing more to ask for. If her sweet and possessive gestures meant to let everyone know that she belonged only to him, she would no longer think that something was missing in her personality due to the loss of her mother because it was filled with Billy's contempt.
"Oh, why?" then he asked her.
"What?"
"Why are you suddenly silent?"
"Nothing. I'm already hungry," she said simply for no reason.
"Let's hurry," he said with a laugh.
"You're still hungry." Hopefully, I did not reach the age of fifty waiting for you, she silently asked in her mind.
"WHO'S Debbie?" wrinkled when Akiko asked Jen.
"Never heard of her?" she also asked her back and forth. She shook her head. She didn't really know the woman who suddenly approached Billy and wiped the young man's sweat after his game. From the bleacher sitting down, she could clearly see when she was surprised by the behavior of the woman named "Debbie."
"If there is a campus king, she is the campus queen. Mass Communication student. Graduating," Jen informed her.
She turned to Jen, then stared at her.
"What?" She asked in astonishment.
"How come you know everyone?" she asked wrinkled.
"Only the famous ones," she replied.
