Fruits are important part of our diet, because of their richness in vitamin,minerals and chemicals important to the body.


We eat different fruits everyday, and most of us before or after eating these fruits throw away their peels and skin, because we've already eaten edible parts, not knowing that these peels contain twice as much health benefits as the edible parts.
