Yes, but that happens because the google algorithm shows you the apps that are most relevant to your preferences, based on the searches you do on google, the videos you watch on youtube, the content you watch on instagram and facebook, all of this does that the algorithm shows you those apps before. I have not installed any junk apps at all. I only have standard apps, plus browsers, crpto wallets, metamask, memo, Twitter and a few others. I don't have a single game. I think I'm the most conservative smartphone user ever.

You already know, as far as I have found out, the heads of AI at Google have intentionally adjusted it in these ways, they have not wanted to explain why they do it, alleging that they are "confidential procedures" of the company. Yes, there are tons of old apps that are related to "noise" (sound), so they appear first. I don't know why Google shows it really low for "noise app", probably because it thinks that "everything is an app here" :)
Maybe it would help if you named the app Noise.app and not Noise?
I don't see noise.app in the Google Play Store either, I was only able to download it with @simon's link. There was an update recently, my phone indicated this, so I downloaded it.
I also installed it via link, but then I tried to find the app in play store.

It's very interesting, but you are right! Google Play is international, but now I read in the account settings that I can only buy and download content from the Play Store in my own country. The country can be changed if I move to another country and then I can see the content related to the IP address there.
Well, that's the reality because there seems to be too much use of the word noise, and maybe due to losing ratings and searches to noise.app in particular.
But when I search for noise app in Google, I see Noise.app pretty high up in the hit list.
