coriander leaves
For pepper and garlic paste:
red dried chillies - 40,
garlic - 20,

Boil 2 cups of water in the oven. Take a bowl of chilli and put it in boiling water for 10 minutes. Now drain the water. Then blend the pepper and garlic together in a blender. Add water as needed to make a fine paste. When done, take it in a bowl and mix salt in it. If you keep it in the fridge, you can use it for a long time.
To cook Tawa Polao: Wash basmati rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Then cook the rice. When cooking, take it with a little salt. Make sure the rice is crispy. When done, put it aside and let it cool.
Take with butter in a pan. Serve with chili-garlic paste. Cook for a while. Then add onion, green chilli and tomato. Mix all together and continue to cook.
Season with salt and sugar. Add powdered spices. Stir well with peas and capsicum. Serve with cooked rice at the end of it all. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
