Flour-1 table spoon
Corn Flower - 1 tablespoon
Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Hot spice powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Ingredients for shrimp marinade
Shrimp - 250 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Like salt-taste
Other materials
Bread slices - 6 pieces
Corn Flower - Half a cup
Oil- for frying
Preparation method
Clean the shrimp and marinate with the ingredients for 30 minutes. Leave the hard part around the bread and cut it into small pieces. It will be used for coating before frying. Beat the egg whites very thickly and mix the rest of the batter ingredients to make another coating. Pour half a cup of cornflower into a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan. First roll the marinated shrimp in corn flour and coat with egg batter. Finally add the bread crumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve with sauce.
