Many people like to eat crispy jilapi. But it is not eaten regularly as it cannot be made at home. If you want, you can learn how to make jilapi. Here's how to make it-

Materials

-1 cup flour,

- 2 cups sugar,

-water as required,

-1/3 teaspoon salt,

- 3 tablespoons sour yogurt,

- half a teaspoon baking powder,

-oil for frying.

Sira making materials

-2 cups water,

-1.5 cups sugar,

-3 cardamoms,

-a little food coloring,

-1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Preparation method

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Spread with a little water. Give a little water. Smear the mixture again with sour curd. Make a fine dough with a little more water. Beat well with egg whipping machine. The mixture should not be too thick or too thin. Now take the flour mixture in a ketchup bottle.

Dissolve water, sugar and cardamom in a pan to make cider. Continue to simmer over medium heat until sticky. Day with food coloring. Take a finger and see if it is sticky. When done, pour the lemon juice into the vein. Sira should be given jilapi while it is still hot. For this, cover the sira pot.

Put the pan in the oven for frying jillapi. When the oil is hot, press the ketchup bottle and make a jilapi shape with a punch. Fry jilapi on medium heat till brown. When it is fried, remove it, pour oil on it and put it in a saucepan. Leave it for 10 seconds and serve it crispy jillapi.
