Ingredients:
Spaghetti - 350/400 g
Chicken breast - 1 cup (cut lengthwise)
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Onion chop - 1 (medium size)
Ginger powder - 2 tablespoons
Carrot crumbs - 1 cup
Cabbage crumbs - 1 cup
Capsicum powder - 1 cup
Baby Corn - 1 Cup (Optional)
Half boiled beans - 1/4 cup
Half cooked barbati - 1/4 cup
Onion leaf crush - 1/4 cup
Cornflower - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - half a teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Water - 1/4 cup
Eggs - 1
Testing salt - half a teaspoon
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1/3 cup
Method:
First put chicken breast, ginger paste, cornflower, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, sugar, salt, water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon vinegar in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
On the other hand, in a large pan, take this amount of water and boil it in the same amount of salt and a little oil.
Then take oil in a pan and fry it with chicken for 5 minutes. Then add ginger powder and onion powder in the same oil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then add carrot powder, cabbage powder, capsicum powder, baby corn, half boiled beans and half boiled barbati and cook over medium heat.
When it is cooked, mix it well with the fried meat, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt and testing salt, leave it for 2-3 minutes and mix it well with the boiled spaghetti.
Then mix the remaining 1 table soy sauce, the remaining 1 table vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce and onion leaves well and leave it for 4-5 minutes.
