Instant Chicken Biryani
1) 400 grams of basmatai rice
2)500 grams of chicken
3) 2 tablespoons tokadai
4) Fold 3 onions
5)5 teaspoons ginger, garlic, onion paste
6) 1 teaspoon homemade biryani spices (nutmeg jaggery, black pepper, shajire, cardamom cinnamon cloves together)
7) 1 teaspoon Kashmiri lentil powder
8) Saffron soaked in 1 bowl of milk
9) 2 teaspoons Keora water
10)2 teaspoons rose water
11)Whole spices as needed
12) Sweet perfume as needed
13) Pepper powder to taste
14)Ghee as needed
15) Salt to taste
16)Mustard oil as needed
Step
When the hot water boils in the pot, I will add the pre-soaked basmati rice, whole hot spices and salt. After eight / ten minutes, when the rice is done, I will drop the rice and pour it on a plate. On the other hand, add chicken, pickles, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander. Apply Kashmir chilli powder, ginger, garlic paste, keora water, rose water, sweet perfume and marinate for 1 hour.

When the oil is hot in the pan, the pre-boiled potatoes should be fried with salt and turmeric.

Now you have to cook the chicken well in that pan, when it is boiled you have to keep it, now you have to heat ghee in a pot and cover it with rice, add cooked chicken, fried potato, fried onion, biryani spice, ghee, Saffron soaked milk should be mixed with rose water and keora water, a little black pepper powder, this should be applied twice more in a row.

At the end of the day, the pot should be covered with sweet perfume and a little more ghee.
