Traveling beside the window! Since Mother Mary is the primary patroness of the Philippines, today has been designated as a special non-working holiday across our entire nation in honor of the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. It was supposed to be a day of rest, but the local education department decided to move our seminar day. So, rather than losing my cool and ruining my day with my complaints, I decided to make the best of every situation, no matter how worn out I became. We have to take a bus for almost an hour and a half to get there. I therefore always sit next to the window, which is my favorite spot, while we make our way to the venue. Every time I sit in this place when traveling, I always feel relaxed and at ease. **Sitting next to the window and listening to my favorite music is really pleasant. I feel glad because it makes me feel good. Even when I travel alone, listening to my favorite music, I never get bored.** I feel at one with nature while I'm traveling next to a window. I absolutely enjoy sitting in this spot because it allows me to see the breathtaking scenery we are passing barely. The ability to visit all the stunning locations in some of our towns and provinces was something I really appreciated about traveling. There were already a lot of attendees at the location when we arrived, but I found it difficult to remain upbeat during the session because we were outside and hardly feel the sun's heat. However, as we naturally have no control over it, going with the flow is the wisest course of action. In our seminar, we discussed some significant aspects. One of the speakers at our seminar brought up the length of time we have been in service and reminded us of it. She then asked, "How are you? ***Do you currently feel content with your life?*** In the back of my mind, I replied, ***"If not for our students and the fact that we believe in the value of education, then perhaps everything in us crumbles under the weight of their expectations, with which we are required to comply even if they go above and beyond the scope of our work and service". We are so exhausted by the never-ending paperwork and the urgent reports that we have to handle one day at a time.*** **But because teachers live and breathe education and the needs of their students, they will never give up and never say never.** We're just hoping and praying that our department will advance and address the problems with the enormous amounts of paperwork we have to complete on a regular basis. This is the reason why, for some of us, teaching has become a burden. However, because we are more likely to have a lot of paperwork to complete, teaching has also become difficult. **I was so worn out and fatigued as my "supposed to be a holiday" came to an end.** What about you guys? What's your day like? Good evening! Thank you to my sponsor, my readers and subscribers for your support. Godbless you all 🥰♥️

Learn the Art of Timing  One of our speakers at our conference earlier this morning discussed the importance of mastering the art of timing. At first, I find the subject overwhelming, but this quotation captures my attention. *"Always project patience, as if you are confident that things will work out for the best. Learn to spot the trends that will propel you to prominence by becoming a detective at the right time. Learn to wait until the time is right to act, and to strike quickly when the moment is right. Never appear to be rushing. Hurrying is a sign of lack of self- and time-control."* ***Then, as I think about my life, I see how crucial time is. From the discussion, I have learned the following:*** -Be aware of the power's ebbs and flows. - Recognize when it is appropriate to join the right side, and do so. -Wait until the right time when you know you'll gain a long-term advantage. - Become an expert when it's time to finish out an adversary; strike without hesitation. The right timing is essential when pursuing power. You must be able to spot the right opportunity to take advantage of shifting circumstances. Always be aware of the warnings and side with the good guys. But just before the pendulum swings, be prepared to switch again. ***Apply these guidelines to live and prosper when others are swept away:*** Smell the change in the air: Be aware of the undercurrent and what's happening in society's periphery. Instead of supporting a vanishing past, search for fresh leaders and movements. Be ready to ride the reactionary wave: When a new movement gains traction or a new power ascends to the throne, be prepared to ride the reactionary wave. Remain calm and patient: When things become hectic, maintain a low profile and wait it out until you can spot the excellent opportunity when it presents itself again. **It takes emotional restraint to wait, and If you know your competitors will stumble, it is wiser to wait for them to act first. You can wait and gather the fragments. The secret is cultivating a clear awareness of how our feelings might distort how we see the time. Observe how chaotic, uncontrolled emotions frequently cause the sense of time to be distorted. Instead of being in the present reality, it pulls you away from it and into your thoughts.** **Taking the long view has several benefits:** -You can see further into the future when you're not operating in an emergency or crisis mode. -You'll be able to withstand the deliberate provocation of others. -You can be more adaptable and in a position to seize chances along the way that you would otherwise miss by not taking your time. -You can follow a deliberate approach by carefully finishing each stage before going on to the next. -You'll be less influenced by emotion while making long-term decisions. **Mastering Time** **First,** you can look farther into the future when your mind is not constantly preoccupied with emergencies. **Second**, you'll be able to avoid becoming another impatient sucker by resisting the temptations others put in front of you. **Third,** your degree of flexibility will increase. Unexpected opportunities will inevitably present themselves that you would have missed if you tried to move too quickly. **Fourth**, you will only proceed to the next contract after finishing the prior one. It can take years to lay the basis for your power; make sure it's solid. Don't be a one-hit wonder; the only success that endures is the success that is built up gradually and steadily. **Last but not least**, slowing down time will help you get perspective on the periods you live in, allowing you to step back and envision the future with less emotional intensity. Hasteners frequently perceive only what they wish to see, mistaking external events for actual trends. It is always better to be truthful, regardless of how uncomfortable it is or makes your job more difficult. In life, there are times when we must **stop and ponder before acting. Always keep in mind that time is the one resource you will never get more of, thus learning how to manage it effectively is not only effective but also necessary.** Good evening everyone! How are you guys? To all my friends and readers out there, thank you so much for your unending support, God bless you all :)

Happiest Birthday to my Queen! **Today, the precious queen of my life was born; she was my greatest love.** She is my constant and my everything. I adore her with all my heart and owe her everything I have right now. A million thanks will never be enough to describe my gratitude for her sacrifices and immeasurable love. She deserves nothing but the best, and I will never stop dreaming; I will never stop chasing my goals for her. **She is no other than my mother.** She is 62 today, and despite becoming older, she is happier than ever. Why? Because having me as a teacher empowered her to accomplish something finally, she had never been able to do. Due to their early marriages, my older sibling was unable to complete college, so when I gave them the greatest gift of being a graduate, they exclaimed that all their efforts had finally paid off. Yes, I owe her and my father everything I have at the moment.   I was aware of everything they had to give up for me. I recall the times they worked tirelessly to provide for my needs during college. I witnessed all of their tears and sweat to help me feel at ease in accomplishing my objectives. I, therefore, made a pact to myself that I would return whatever they had invested in me once I had a permanent job. Returning all they gave me expresses my love for them and how I feel about them, not because it is my duty or responsibility to do so. Even though I'm far from a perfect daughter, I commit to making my parents happy by giving them what they truly deserve. And no matter what happens or how long it takes, I will look after them well. Make sure all of the people who have their parents around feel loved and appreciated. They are not growing younger, so let's not wait for the day when we will regret not giving them the life they desired, even if they did not ask for it. Our parents are irreplaceable, so let's love them like they loved and cared for us. *So to my Mama:* *I appreciate your efforts to build who I am now. Without your support and encouragement, I would not be who I am today. I will always treasure the things you gave me and will do my best to exceed your expectations. You made me a teacher, so I'll provide my students with the most excellent teaching possible.* ***I will never stop dreaming; I will never stop chasing my goals for you, Mahal Kita. (I love you!!)*** Good evening everyone! It's been three days since I published my last article here. How are you all? I hope you're all doing fine. Take care always, guys! The season of love and giving has finally arrived. Happy December to you all! Thank you all for your unending support, and I am sorry for not being so active for the past few days due to work! God bless you all.

The Secret to Achieving Your Goals **Everybody has aspirations and dreams for the future.** But not all of us are successful in achieving our goals. Some of us give up before we even begin. And those who do fail because they need to take the proper approach. You will undoubtedly make a mistake if you don't try. However, if you put a lot of effort into it but still fail, we can help. As we stated from the outset, choosing the appropriate strategy is crucial. **Now is the moment to focus on your weaknesses.** **You need to take chances to grow**; if you fail and start over, you won't change. No matter what is going on in your life, being able to take charge of it will help you advance. **Everyone has the potential to achieve greatness and to produce in this world marvels that last well beyond their own lives.** But since it's difficult, many people don't. They aren't willing to put in the necessary effort; it's that simple. *Instead, they decided to take a seat and wait quietly. They wait for the appropriate opportunity to knock on their door and for the right moment.* **There is no such thing as the perfect time; you have to start and finish.** Waiting for things to be perfect is pointless since they never will be. The idea of perfection is merely a ruse to delude ourselves into believing something unachievable. In this way, we feel optimistic that the ideal occasion will come along eventually. It won't, I assure you, unless you go for it or, at the very least, meet it halfway. **You must first have a strong desire for whatever you want.** You will have the proper purpose for it to happen if you do this. Sincerity in anything that comes from the heart opens up opportunities. Your dreams and your vision remain alive thanks to your passion. Because true honesty thrives in certain situations, you will overcome obstacles and make it happen no matter how impossible.  **You need to put in a lot of effort and have faith in your ability to succeed; there is no specific recipe for doing so.** Many people are curious about how successful people got to where they are when they look at them. There is no such thing as the correct formula; therefore, don't waste your time trying to figure it out. **When you realize that if you work hard for it and keep believing it will happen, you will find it's relatively simple. The capacity to believe in oneself and understand and value who you are is necessary for self-belief when you become aware that your belief is all that matters.** You are free to do whatever you choose, but only then will you carry it out. No matter how much support you get from others, you should always pay attention to your voice. Know that you are capable of achieving whatever you desire and more. Magic will happen if you start to believe it and act on it. **You are the only person who can validate your dreams, so keep them to yourself. You are the only person who needs to give you the go-ahead for where you are heading, so turn your focus inward. If you think about it, you know your strengths and ideal situation.**

A Perfect Christmas ❤️ First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to @coolmidwestguy for setting the writing prompt "What the Perfect Christmas Would Be." Since then, Christmas has been my favorite time of the year. Even though I was young and didn't understand the true meaning of Christmas, I still get pretty excited when December rolls around. I always get a wonderful feeling every time I see Christmas lights, and I always feel joyful when I hear Christmas music. But when I got older, Christmas became more meaningful because I got o know the true essence of why Christmas is celebrated. Aside from celebrating it because Jesus was born, I love Christmas because it's the season of love, sharing, and giving. Now that I am a teacher, Christmas will be even more impressive and meaningful. I've been a teacher at a distant school for five years, and I have discovered the cause for my existence as a human and teacher. I saw firsthand the struggles that my students face. Because of their lack of access to food, while attending school, study materials, and to appropriate clothing, their poverty became a barrier to their education. I also saw how kids learned how to hunt for food and work independently at a very young age to help their families outgrow the requirements for daily survival. And what breaks my heart is that they cannot even experience Christmas because of poverty. Therefore, whenever Christmas is near, I get incredibly excited to make Christmas a wonderful day to remember. Making my kids feel the spirit of Christmas is the first thing that comes to mind when @Coolmidwestguy challenged me to write about the perfect Christmas would be. https://read.cash/@Coolmidwestguy/secret-santa-challenge-e89fa8a7 **I'd like to see their lovely smile.** Everything is worthwhile when you see their beautiful smile. Their joy is also mine. So I'm confident kids will be glad to learn about Christmas's genuine meaning and experience the season's true spirit. **I merely want to bring them joy.** By throwing them a simple party and celebration, all I want to do is make them happy. By giving them a Christmas gift as a representation of giving and sharing, I hope to make them happy. I'd instead give them some treats, food packages, and toys that they can't even afford or experience due to their lack of money. **So, the ideal Christmas would be spreading joy and blessings to my students. Although it may seem simple, I get satisfaction from giving and sharing. Being God's instrument to spread joy makes me incredibly grateful, especially for my students, who need to know that they can still celebrate Christmas even if they don't have everything in life or live in a distant location. No matter what, it is still worthwhile to feel and enjoy Christmas.** Therefore, it would be ideal for me to provide them with everything they'd need for Christmas. ***Now, I'm working incredibly hard and doing everything I can to make them happy for Christmas.*** Once more, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to @Coolmidwestguy for allowing me to share my vision of what the perfect Christmas would be, which is the act of giving and sharing with those in need and bringing joy to people we cherished so much, and that would be the Perfect Christmas for me. Advance Merry Christmas to all! God bless us all. ♥️

This is me now. This is me now. Even now, when things are very hard, I cry. Being busy has become the new standard where I live. The world tells me I'm not living up to my full potential if I'm not packing as much as I can into each waking moment. And it's challenging to stay inspired and to find solid ground to stand on when I feel like I'm failing and slipping behind. Because of the hurrying around, I apologize for causing my own heartbreaks through expectations. I should have remained still and allowed for your extremely natural flow. And that getting lost, going back, rethinking, and trying again is all OK. Nothing is wasted because everything matters. I keep getting up from the pains of being and learning to let go of knowing because "you are challenging, but you are also empowering." ***I, therefore, trust the timing in life.*** **In life, I discovered the following:** **My ability to forgive myself.** On evenings like tonight, whenever I think negatively of the person I've become, I find it challenging to look at myself in the mirror. Realizing that I have scars all over my body and psyche that will constantly remind me of the things I never intended to happen is agonizing. I don't know what the future holds for me, and it may take me the rest of my life to learn how to treat myself with kindness or realize that I'm not all that flawed. But I swear I'll keep looking for hope. I should be compassionate with my soul. I am deserving of my forgiveness. I'll keep waging these battles with myself. I'll have courage. **Give the individuals that matter the most your time.** We frequently overlook that there are other obligations outside only bills to be paid, calls to be returned, and errands to run in our hectic life. There are persons in our lives who deserve hugs and affection. People in our life require recognition and appreciation for their achievements. We must never forget that a heart is like a plant that requires care and nourishment from the things only another heart can provide—love, adoration, devotion, and honesty. Fill your head with the generosity of friends, the love of those you love, and the priceless wealth of memories. **I pursue my dreams not out of spite. Not to take revenge, prove them wrong, or be better than them.**  Remember that those who have harmed you will eventually forget and lose interest. Don't invest anything in them because, by the time you succeed, they won't notice since they'll be preoccupied with their own issues, and you don't deserve to feel empty and exhausted. Be motivated by your own needs, including those for serenity, enjoyment, and improvement. You will confidently carry your success narrative at the end of the day. Now, who are you? How far along are you now? Whatever it is and wherever you are, always be optimistic and try your best! Good evening everyone! I hope you're all okay! God bless you all.

A Beautiful Disaster I always believe that everything happens for a reason. And some disasters happen that end up beautifully. The tiny community of San Marcelino has a brand-new tourist attraction where you may unwind from your daily schedule and help with mental clarity. I want to take you to Mapanuepe Lake, the hidden paradise of Zambales. It is located where the Santo Tomas River is formed at the confluence of the Mapanuepe and Marella rivers. The Marella River, one of the mountain's primary drainages, was aggravated by volcanic material deposited after Mount Pinatubo erupted in 1991, leading to the Japanese River's damming. In San Marcelino, Zambales, the Mapanuepe Valley, which included the barangays of Aglao (lower), Buhawen, and Pili, was submerged by the swelling waves. The debris dam would rupture after each lahar episode and reform as the lake was built. The lake had a maximum area of 670 hectares and a storage volume of 75 x 106 cubic meters before it got to where it is presently. The church tower in the middle of the lake is the only structure still standing and is topped with a large metal cross. The Mapanuepe Valley's sediments and structures were studied geologically, and it was discovered that a similar lahar-formed lake had formerly existed there. This is the Mapanuepe's Sunken Church: It became the most popular destination here in Zambales. This historical place is one place where people really want tranquillity and calmness in life. Across the lake, you can discover more about why it is called the hidden paradise. And that's what they called the "New Zealand of Zambales." It is trendy for those people who want camping, picnics, and other outdoor activities. This place makes me realize that there may be circumstances in life where we have no control, but in the end, it will end up with the beautiful things it brings to us afterward. And in life, we may have no control over everything that might happen to us, but in time, we will see how the obstacles and hardships beautifully make us. Remember that everything in our life is just temporary. Unexpected things might happen, and we may not guarantee what tomorrow could bring, but we should always trust the process. We should face challenging events in our lives to bloom and be something we think we cannot be. Being human, it is normal for us to feel disappointed, weak, hurt, and sad about everything we have, but the most important thing is how we handle everything and move on. We should always look forward to what is best. As we look back on our past, so many disasters have happened but look what we are now, surviving and doing all the best that we can to be the best version of ourselves. It's been so far, but we can go farther. Good evening everyone! How are you all? I hope everything is fine, and I hope that you have a great Monday Today! Thank you so much for the support, guys! God bless us all.

Connecting Myself to Nature **When you're stressed, go to a place where you can rest.** *I am a busy person; anyone knows me here, and I have only a few hours to rest for a week or for a month. So I ensure I always do my best and spend those hours worthy of remembering.* **But one thing that matters to me now is enough rest. And one thing that gives me peace and makes me feel at ease is whenever I am with nature.** Spending time with nature helps me lower my stress and reduce my feelings of depression and anxiety. Connecting myself to nature can help me clear my head and relax. Whenever I am with the scenes of nature, it reduces my anger and fear and increases my pleasant feelings. **Connecting myself to nature means healing for me…** I constantly desire the serenity of nature outside and for a good cause. I can step away from the pressures of daily life thanks to nature. It soothes my nervous system and gives me comfort. Outside lifts my spirits and inspires us to see beyond the present situation. It also gives me a safe space to work through challenging emotions without fear of criticism, which is crucial for emotional control. **Simply put, nature is healing.** Humans have traditionally relied on nature to assist them in overcoming unpleasant states and emotions and obtaining better feelings. The simplest method to find calm and soften the human soul and mind is to have a relationship with nature and enjoy its breathtaking surroundings. Connecting yourself to nature promotes happy thoughts, avoids depression, and fosters a sense of tranquility. Going outside and enjoying the sights of lovely flowers and lush trees with family and friends can significantly balance out-of-balance behaviors and thoughts and establish healthy neural connections in the brain. Because of how essential nature is, there is a field of medicine called **"nature therapy"** that only uses natural resources like sunlight, air, water, etc., to treat illnesses. According to this approach, many diseases and disorders are brought on by the patient's unsettled mind. Nature's elements and forces are the best way to improve life, relieve stress, and bring the body back to its healthy state. Additionally, there is a positive feedback loop; as we spend more time in nature, we begin to understand its therapeutic value and significance. Because we bond with the natural environment, we are more likely to preserve and safeguard it. **So let me share with you some photos of myself connecting to nature. Now, I am craving more moments with nature where I can rest deeply, and it makes me feel relaxed and happy.** ***Connecting myself to nature is essential because nature brings me not just the beauty of it but the rest that is so hard to find.*** How are you guys? I've been quite busy again for the past few days, but I am trying my best to find some time. Thank you for sticking around and for always supporting me. God bless us all.

If we have faith, we can succeed! We began the Reading Month Celebration this past week. We welcomed Miss Liza, the Iped Representative and one of our outstanding barangay officials, as part of our activities. She is one of the living examples because she was one of the first Aeta to earn a college degree. The fact that she could pursue her dreams of making a degree despite the hardships and difficulties of living in a remote place is an inspiration to the entire Aeta Community. She remarked in her address: *"Kung kaya ng unat, kaya din ng kulot"* is the same as **"If others can achieve a thing, we can do it too! "**. Her speech so touched everyone. She also tells everyone how important education is and how they should see it as one of their best weapons. She firmly believes that education may help people overcome social stigmas and society's judgments because some have received criticism and discrimination up until now. Moreover, Miss Lisa inspires and motivates everyone to go after their dreams no matter what. She makes a significant impression on all of our students by showing them that, with enough faith, anyone can achieve their goals. ***I'm proud to be a teacher because I get to care for and help my students. Knowing that we teachers can significantly contribute to their future success fills my heart with joy.*** **The best present that will bring me happiness and fulfillment is witnessing them thrive in the future. If only other people could see how beautiful it is to love and educate this kind of person, they would never regret it.** Everyone applauded Miss Lisa loudly before she began reading the story to the kids after the motivational speech. **I wish that these kids' futures would get better soon and that we will be able to do our best to provide whatever they need to be successful in their future years of life. Although there may be many obstacles on our path, I am confident that those hearts entirely motivated by objectives and dreams will not be hindered.** **To all students**, never forget and never stop being thankful for the opportunity to learn that nobody else has. So put a lot of effort into your studies and try your hardest to make your parents happy. **To all teachers**, don't be frightened to follow your route to being a successful teacher; this is a reminder to all teachers and aspiring teacher educators. People are waiting for you and people who need you. Therefore, keep trying because it will all be worthwhile in the end. Yes, there may be a lot of work ahead of you, but the finest and most priceless thing you will ever experience is the ability to improve your life. **Therefore, if you choose this route, proceed because you are needed!** Good evening everyone! How are you? I hope everything is fine! I thank my readers and supporters who are always there with me. To my ever-generous sponsor, thank you, and God bless!

Hard Work Night goes Unnoticed, but results won't! **Hold on tight; despite your sleepless nights and coffee intake to stay awake, the results of your strenuous efforts won't go unnoticed.** I used to sleep late at night until I started to focus on getting my life in order when I started my side jobs, and of course, because of my take-home schoolwork, I usually go to bed at 2:00 in the morning. However, because I am compelled and motivated by my aspirations, I have no option but to hustle and work diligently at night. Of course, I can feel my body deteriorating somehow, and it feels like I cannot even do it for a day. There are moments when I feel exhausted and have breakdown after breakdown, but since I am a woman with a lot of goals, I have no choice but to take a short pause and then get going again right away. **As soon as I settled into this pattern, I began to feel as though I didn't have time for weakness or prolonged emotional outbursts because time is now such a precious commodity for me that every second matters.** But there are moments when I feel like giving up because of fatigue and my strenuous daily activity. I acknowledge that there are moments when I am disturbed by how slowly things are moving along in my thoughts and how it affects my motivation. I often ask myself, ***"How long should I take to improve my life? It feels like forever."*** However, as I trained with the school's principal yesterday, I pondered how far I had come to get there. Becoming a school principal is my desire, so I never give up on working toward higher positions as I advance through the organizations ranks. I'm grateful I could take on such significant tasks and responsibilities at our school to participate in training sessions with the principals. **Though I initially complained when our school's head announced our designations, now that I understand why, I am astounded by how God works in my life silently.** I am currently a school administrator, even though I am aware that I need additional training and practice to determine if I am competent in doing so in the future. And I am confident that I will be able to do it not just to continue receiving my income but also to offer my enormous assistance to our pupils and the next generation. **The way I perceive myself now, it is true that efforts put in at night could go unrecognized somehow, but outcomes won't.** *I am now more inspired to strive and work harder in pursuit of my goals and the future of education.* Good morning to all! What's up, everyone? It's Saturday, and it's hot here. Even though it's the weekend, I'm glad I have time to catch up on my paperwork and other tasks. I want to thank all my readers and subscribers who are always there with me. And to my sponsor, who never failed to visit and support me always. Thank you so much! May God give you more blessings in life. Happy Weekend to All! Enjoy your weekends! Be careful always, guys.

Christmas: A Season for Giving and Sharing! Christmas is the **"season of giving,"** and we all know what that means: it's time to pull out our wallets and spend a lot of money purchasing gifts for our loved ones and donating goods to those who are less fortunate. Truly while for many people it is the purpose of the holidays, it is time for us to stop overlooking their genuine meaning and consider whether this period even counts as a season. The term **"season of giving"** has grown in acceptance, particularly in recent years. Additionally, this expression puts on individuals supporting and donating to charitable organizations, especially those with more money.  **Giving entails more than simply selflessness.** Even if financial possessions are significant, compassion and love are more valuable. Sometimes all people need is genuine care and compassion to be supported. The *Carl W. Buehneradage*, ***"They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel,*****"** is reaching its peak popularity right now. People can change other people's lives, and we should take advantage of this season to do it. **It's not only meant to be for one season.** Instead of only using these many aspects of the giving spirit during the holidays, practice them all year long. Always in style is service. Create a New Year's resolution to perform more acts of kindness or to put more smiles on other people's faces as you start giving. Never forget that there is never a time when being considerate is inappropriate. We have a faculty meeting today. We discussed the planned activities and tasks we needed to do before the holiday break. I, therefore, realized that Christmas, the season of giving and sharing, was quickly approaching. I always make some simple presents for my Aeta students. Even the smallest gift you can give them—a simple treat—will bring them the most excellent satisfaction possible. They are grateful for anything you can provide them since it immediately helps them feel loved and cared for. Every year, I prepare gifts that I know they will appreciate, including toys, sweets, and necessities. **These photos were taken last year:**   The joy I experience whenever I'm doing this is indescribable when I see their smile and hear them say, **"Thank you, Teacher."** I am so happy whenever I witness them enjoying even the little gift they might get for Christmas. This is the reason I work hard so that I can give them what I have. I want to express my gratitude for this blogging site, which has allowed me to start earning money. I also want to thank everyone in this room for being by my side and supporting me throughout. I hope I can make more money for them before their Christmas party. **Remember:** **It's essential to understand that there are other ways to celebrate this wonderful season with others, regardless of how you choose to give. Any time of the year can be meaningful and breathtakingly lovely, whether through customary gift-giving, the dissemination of compassion, or the display of selflessness. It all starts with you.** It's already 12:00 AM! How are you all! ❤️ I just want to say thank you everyone who always visit me and support me, and ofcourse to my sponsor! May God bless you all 😘Thank you again.

When you can create your own table, never ask for a seat. When you can create your table, never ask for a seat. Have you ever been in a position where you are struggling to see your value? Have you ever seen someone attempting to establish their worth to be accepted? Have there ever been times when you've questioned your abilities because others couldn't see them? Now is an excellent time to realize that you can make your table and don't have to ask for a seat! It would be best if you believed in your abilities and confidence to demonstrate your influence and make your voice heard. **For you to build your table, you need to see your worth!**  Understanding your worth is entirely personal and unrelated to other people. It's your indicator of how much you value yourself, regardless of what others think or say about you. Knowing your worth impacts all aspects of your life and serves as mental health insurance. Self-doubt causes us to mistrust our abilities. It prevents us from having the motivation to achieve our lofty goals. All of this could lead to poor quality of life. When you are conscious of your worth, you trust yourself and your judgment. Since you are more self-assured and don't second-guess yourself, you move more quickly and seize opportunities as they present themselves. **A greater sense of one's value leads to greater self-esteem.** Your self-respect and self-esteem will have grown, and you'll be able to spot those nasty people who try to discredit you. When that occurs, you are more equipped to handle problems because you are conscious of your ability to refuse to cave. That is because you are aware of your true worth, despite their attempts to persuade you otherwise. As a result, you GET CONFIDENCE. Your ability to leave a bad relationship, work, or any other circumstance where you feel devalued will be more straightforward due to your greater self-confidence because YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER. Everyone has a visual image of the kind of person they want to be. Sometimes, this person isn't who they say they are. Although having goals in life is acceptable, you should never let them cause you to deny yourself. Self-denial is the enemy of self-worth. This is why growing in self-awareness is painful. Most people will never genuinely wish to embrace and let go of who they think of themselves. **Remember that YOU are the one who determines the value you bring to the world through your interactions, your job, and your conversations. But there are times when chaos governs our lives, and we are prone to losing sight of our abilities. As you go out to get what YOU KNOW YOU DESERVE, let your manifesto, which contains YOUR NAME, serve as your compass and guiding force.**  ***So let me remind me again, you don't have to beg for your seat, because you can make your table! Believe in yourself and work hard for it!***  **Good evening everyone! How are you all? I hope you're doing fine. I am missing you all here!**  By the way guys, I created my account in Noise. Trauma is an experience that never ends. It happened back in my college days, but it's too sensitive and personal for me to share it with you right now. Although it happened a long time ago, the emotions are still present, and I am still suffering from the pain from the past. I had the idea that I could forget about it after some time had passed, yet here I am again, scared and worried. I'm embracing the tears that are coming down my face and the memories that are rushing through my head. I feel self-pity and miserable for having gone through such a traumatic experience that I will have to bear by myself. **It is true that once a trauma occurs, it never goes away.** Emotional and psychological trauma may result from extremely stressful situations that broke your sense of security and left you feeling helpless in perilous situations. As a result of psychological trauma, you could battle with unsettling emotions, memories, and worry. Additionally, you might feel numb, alienated, and lacking in confidence in other people. Although life or bodily safety is typically at stake during traumatic situations, they can also be brought on by any situation that makes you feel powerless and alone. It is your emotional response to the experience that determines whether it qualifies as traumatic, not the objective facts. The more afraid and helpless you feel, the more likely you are to suffer from trauma. Although anyone can go through a traumatic event, your risk of becoming traumatized rises if you're constantly stressed out have recently suffered a string of losses, or have already gone through trauma - especially if the previous trauma happened when you were a youngster. **In order to assist someone who has experienced trauma, be sure to:** Healing from trauma takes time. Be patient with the development of your rehabilitation and keep in mind that every person's response to trauma is different. Do not contrast your loved one's response with those of others or with your own. Help your loved one resume their regular routine by giving them practical aid. For instance, it could mean helping out with household tasks or grocery shopping, or it could simply mean being available to talk or listen. Even while you shouldn't force your loved one to talk, you should be prepared in case they do. For some trauma survivors, sharing their experiences in conversation might be difficult. Let your loved one know that you are available to hang out if they just want to relax and that you are ready to listen if they want to talk instead of forcing them to talk. Help your loved one unwind and interact with others. Encourage them to get outside, find friends, and engage in hobbies and other fun activities. Your loved one may become emotionally distant, agitated, or withdrawn. Remember that this can have a devastating effect and may have nothing to do with you or your relationship. **For someone to recover from trauma, open communication is essential. Inform them that feeling anxious or disturbed is normal. Permit them to see how they might manage their symptoms in a healthy way. They might look to you for advice on how to handle trauma as well.** ***I'm hoping and praying that this trauma will end and that I'll be able to get over it all in due time. :(***

Moon is alone too, but still shines. *Have you ever been afraid to venture out on your own and attempt new things because you are alone?* ***As a result, even though you're still hoping for the best in your life, you choose to remain still.*** ***-Yes, I am that person.*** Years ago, I was afraid to leave my comfort zone because of being alone. I am afraid to try new things because I am scared of being alone. That there is no one I can count on when times get rough and rugged. That there is no someone I can run to when things get heavy and lonely. But the life challenges and trials make me realize the consequences of not trying my best to change my life even if I am capable. The burdens that make me realize the things I missed for not trying to do things alone and the regrets that make me suffer for not believing that I can do something if I believe. Then I realized that I have to do something for myself and that I need to make decisions for myself even if I am all alone. Even if there is no one I can have when I am facing hardships in my life, even if there is no one I can call on when I need some help the most, even if there is no one I can cry on when situations get worse. When I choose to stand up for myself, when I decide to do things on my own, I face a lot of challenges that I think I cannot do. There were a lot of happenings that I felt I could not make, but I did! **Just like the moon is alone but still shines.** As I reflect on myself, though I face a lot of things that make me frustrated and disappointed and hurt me so much, I am happy that I did it all alone. I am so glad I made it, and try to go out of my comfort zone. I am happy to stand up for myself and make everything possible, even if I'm alone. There may be a lot of sleepless nights, and there may be a lot of tears, but I am so happy that I can bring out the best in me, even if I am all alone. So now, I am still learning and trying my best to make all the best for myself and the future. **So now, for those still afraid to go out of their comfort zone, go and learn new things to make the best version of yourselves. Do not be scared to stand up for the sake of your future, even if you're alone**. **So go, and make things better even if you're alone. Please have patience with your life and yourself; you will get through it; trust yourselves!** **If no one believes in yourself, no one will; you will shine in time, remember that!** Good evening everyone! How are you all? I miss being here so much, and I hope you are all okay. It's been five days since the last time I posted because of some power interruptions here in our place due to a typhoon.

“When I’m tired, I rest. I say, ‘I can’t be a superwoman today.’” “When I’m tired, I rest. I say, ‘I can’t be a superwoman today.’” – **Jada Pinkett Smith** There are so many words that I want to utter today, but the words “I’m tired”  are the only words that I hear from within. Aside from being a teacher, I am a breadwinner of the family.  And here, I want to share with you my everyday routine: Every day I need to wake up as early as 4:00 AM in the morning to get myself ready for school. I need to move fast because we are traveling for almost 2 hours before we arrived at school. So it is probably 6:00 – 6:30, we are already in the school. Our classes start at exactly 7:30 after the flag ceremony. And we stay at school for about 8 hours and more a day. There, we spent our time teaching and doing all our paperwork as possible. Because of having so many tasks to be done, we need to multi-task in order for us to finish everything that we need. So when I get home in the afternoon, I need to get ready again for another work. I am also a tutor for about 2-3 hours. So after work, I need to work again as a tutor. So I can get home at 8:00 in the evening. After I take my shower, I will prepare my coffee and myself for my side hustles again which are the platforms that I have. And I am awake up to 1:00 Am or worse until 2:00 Am. So every day, I only have 2-3 sleep. I admit, that my routine seems so very busy and exhausting somehow, and my body can really tell how tired I am for every day. This is my life, my everyday life for almost a month now. But of course, I am not like a superwoman every day,  I get tired and exhausted and to the extent that I am having some breakdowns all over again and again. I must admit, that I feel so heavy for the past few days aside from being so busy with everything. I just felt alone and lonely because of some family problems and personal issues.  And yesterday, as I am about to sleep, I felt my tears keep falling. But I hate this feeling, I hate it when I feel weak, I hate it when I feel so stressed about things that I have no control over. ***Because I cannot sleep, I open my Facebook account and start to scroll, then I read these quotes***: **“Keep believing. You may be tired, discouraged, but don’t give up on your future.”** – **Joel Osteen** https://everydaypower.com/joel-osteen-quotes/ **“If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.”** – **Banksy** **“Never stop trying. Never stop believing. Never give up. Your day will come.” –** **Mandy Hale** **“No matter how tired you feel, no matter how much you want to quit, no matter what obstacles are in your way, keep moving toward the vision you have for your future.”** – **Jon Gordon** **These quotes make me feel alive that keeps make me realize that I’ve come so far, this is not the time to give up, but rather a perfect time to continue and make all my dreams come true.** **I may not be strong every day, but what matters the most, is looking back on all the things that I’ve started and choosing to strive for the best no matter how exhausting it gets.** I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate and say thank you to my generous and supportive friend @Coolmidwestguy for the sponsorship. God bless you every day my friend :)

Why is a label in a relationship very important? *As I scroll down my media account this morning. One question that came up was,* ***"Why is labeling so important? ”*** it's crucial to me because I understand how terrible a loving connection without a label can be. Consider the situation where you theoretically have no rights to a piece of land you own because you lack a title to it. A relationship without labels is an arrangement between two people who have made the decision to forgo using any such terms to describe their connection. **Although there are benefits to a partnership with no labels, including:** In a no-label relationship, you are free to do as you like without having to answer to anyone. One advantage of being in a no-label relationship is that there is no need to act in a certain way in order to meet society's expectations of your marital status. Things can develop naturally without labels, and occasionally it just so happens that the two of you develop into a great union. When two people naturally evolve into one another, it typically means that they have a close relationship, enjoys one another's a company, and get along well. **However, a no-label in relationship might have far worse consequences that can genuinely affect people's lives. And now for some more:** The more you hang out and hook up with someone; the quicker sentiments will start to emerge. Although everyone is free to act however they like, there is often little regard for one another's feelings in a no-label relationship. The issue is that because there are no explicit roles in your relationship, you "aren't meant to" have any expectations about it either. This means anticipating that your partner would always consider your needs and feelings. Being in a relationship with someone who rejects labels may eventually make you doubt your value, bring up trust issues, make you feel uneasy, and bring up negative feelings like jealousy. ***If your expectations and level of commitment to the relationship are not matched, I advise being upfront and severing ties as soon as possible.*** Any relationship, regardless of its title, has advantages and disadvantages. The most crucial factor to take into account while seeing someone is whether or not your wants, needs, and expectations are in line. Early communication of the aforementioned points will promote positive interactions and collaborations. The fact that a no-label relationship works for you and your partner is all that matters, even though it might not work for everyone. By keeping true to who you are and talking clearly, you can keep things in check. Regardless of the label, talking about limits is crucial. A good method to make sure you both feel valued and are aware of "who you are" is to express your views, feelings, and expectations (or lack thereof) right away. What about you, do you prefer relationships with labels or without labels? Good evening everyone! How are you? I really miss being here. Take care always.

Are you scout ready?   Are you scout ready? Philippine Scouting Month is in October. On October 1, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines officially began the commemoration of Philippine Scouting Month. I adore National Scouting Month. I am one of our school's BSP Coordinators, and this Scouting Month has taught me a lot that I can apply to my daily life. A Scout is reliable, dependable, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, clean, brave, and respectful, according to the Scout Law, which is essentially a road plan for character development. A scout is supposed to always be prepared for whatever hurdles they may face along the path and should always be ready at all times. I can say that I am a good scout leader and mentor to my children based on all the ideals and lessons I learned during my training, but sometimes I wonder if I am also a wonderful scout in my own life.  **However, I guess I'm not.** There are so many unforeseen events that could occur. We are unable to predict what may happen to us. We are powerless over so many things, yet they continue to happen. However, there are some things for which I am aware that I am not yet prepared. **I'm not prepared for money matters:** Because of the events in my life over the previous few years, I can say that I have not yet prepared financially for any potential occurrences. I was deceived, scammed, and made blind by so many things, which is why I'm currently broke. I'm upset right now that I can't give much money to my uncle, who has been in the hospital for about two weeks because I wasn't financially prepared. Additionally, my uncle used to be quite strong, but all of a sudden he started to lose strength and developed a serious illness, so I am not prepared for this. He is truly missed around here at our place. I'm hoping he returns home fully recovered and stronger than before. I have noticed that over the past several days, my body has been weaker due to exhaustion and lack of sleep. But because I have so many responsibilities to complete, I am unable to linger on what I am going through right now. I have to put in a lot of effort every day to accomplish everything I have set out to do. **However, despite the fact that I may not be ready for all of these things, I am managing and handling them with the help of God.** *And these are the things I should now remind some of you of.* That we should respond positively and with the help of our God to whatever might happen to us today or what awaits us tomorrow. I've always thought that everything has a purpose and is only temporary. I am confident that He jas better plans for everything, therefore I will always pray and seek His direction. ***How about you? What's up? I hope everything is fine right now. Hold on there; when we believe, everything will better.***

Do you believe in Karma? ***When we say Karma, it is the sum of a person's deeds in this life and their past, determining their fate in subsequent lives.*** In Buddhism, the Buddha taught about "karma," which is the process by which a person's character is molded by their moral deeds. Every action we take shapes the people we will become in the future. Positive and negative characteristics can both intensify over time as we develop habits. These all result in our gaining karma. Karma tells how our deeds and societal norms determine our fate. So, if we do good deeds through our good deeds, it would result in good deeds that are referred to as good Karma. Through good intentions, positive acts can bring forth good Karma. **The influence or result of our present activities, along with the thoughts that are going through our heads, will unquestionably shape and form our future. On the other side, bad Karma refers to a person's actions that appear to have unfavorable repercussions when unpleasant and unethical.** Your good intentions and behaviors increase your good Karma, while you’re bad deeds increase your negative Karma. Keep in mind that Karma doesn't always have to be wrong. **Instead of a specific reward or punishment, it is more of a law of consequences.** ***You sow what you reap unquestionably means that we will eventually pay for our choices.*** Do good deeds for others so that they will do good deeds for you. God will reward you with advancements and rewards if you work hard and give your all at work. Love your family and take care of your priorities; God will do the same for you. Spread love without deception, just as God has shown you mercy. But if you're harsh and arrogant, accept the Karma you deserve. **Always remember that what goes around comes around. We receive back what we put out into the world.** Everyone may not believe in Karma or what it may do for your life, but you should always act responsibly, mainly if you cause harm to something or someone. Even though the repercussions might not appear immediately, they will undoubtedly materialize when God says they should. Whether you agree with it or not, **Karma is a significant idea to live by. It acts as a compass and keeps some of us on the right path. To put out what you wish to get in return, you must believe it is genuine. You must understand that everything in our world is interconnected.** How about you? Do you believe in Karma? Good evening everyone! How are you? I miss having much time here, but as much as I want to, I just can't because of the tasks I have right now. But I am still looking forward to the days I can spend more time here. Take care always!

Consistency might be challenging at times. **Consistency might be challenging at times.** Hello everyone! How are you? I've been unable to stay here for very long lately. In reality, I often felt awful about it. Even though I would like to keep up a little longer, I cannot due to my numerous obligations since a few days ago. The constant flow of reports and pieces of training keeps me busier than ever. **Consistency might be challenging at times. Why?** ***Because of the nature of my work.*** I've talked a lot about my current job here with you. And I am aware that many of us in this room can identify with a teacher's life. For the sake of our students, we must win every battle and endure. I've been unable to eat properly and haven't had enough sleep for the past two months due to my 8-hour teaching day. We have to prepare our lessons and the teaching materials every night. Not only that, but paperwork will be your worst enemy if you start a career as a teacher. Your rest days will be ruined, without a doubt. But I suppose that's how things are. ***Due of my personal issues.*** Humans live for survival, which is not as flawless as we would like. For me, every day is a struggle. There are trials and difficulties everywhere. I have personal issues, emotions to deal with, and feelings to get beyond daily. I am not always strong; sometimes, I feel helpless and lost for a while. And I'm forced to put up with it and think about it. ***I need to rest.*** Due to the difficulties I am now experiencing, it is difficult for me to complete all of my responsibilities consistently. All of my plans and objectives have been completely derailed by these issues. And because these things somehow make me feel vulnerable, Due to these, even though my heart and head desire to solve the problem, my body wants to relax. I need to use this time to unwind and rest because if I don't, I will likely feel exhausted and burned out again, which would be the worst-case scenario and make me lose motivation. ***So I suppose it's pretty challenging to do all my tasks consistently. There are days when I can't because I have no control over it, no matter how much I want to.*** **But of course, I am a woman with a million goals, so I guess I need to work harder. I need to take action and develop new strategies to overcome it because I know deep down that I must.** **Even if I occasionally feel inconsistent, I know I can and will succeed. I will never lose sight of my devotion to and focus on my objectives. I'm simply hoping that I can end this inconsistent pattern and turn things around despite what it takes and how difficult things will be.** Happy Weekends guys! I hope you will enjoy it with your family and loved ones! Take care and be safe always.

Why is having some savings important? They believe that since "you only live once," you should make the most of it. You must purchase all the items on your wish list as well as the food. Because of this, some people occasionally utilize their money to purchase things that are unnecessary, useless, or even a waste. Perhaps this applies to those individuals who are so famous and wealthy that they no longer have any idea how to manage their finances. But I now recognize the value of saving for a typical individual like me. My uncle was admitted to the hospital last week because of his blood pressure. Later, it was suggested that he remain in the hospital because of additional results that put him in a critical situation. They must therefore find some money as a result. Seeing my uncle in that situation, as well as his family—my cousins—who are having some trouble getting by financially, makes me sad and in pain. Because of what happened, I now understand how crucial saving money is. We cannot predict what the future may hold. Even when we take care of our health and lifestyle, we cannot guarantee that we will always be healthy and powerful. Savings are crucial in situations like this. There is no longer any such thing as free support in our world, and what's worse is that when we ask for assistance from others, they are unable to reciprocate since they have nothing to offer. **Here are some further justifications for why conserving money is so crucial today.** It is vital to save money. When the unexpected happens, you can avoid taking on debt and maintain your current financial obligations by keeping some money in savings "just in case." A **savings account can be used for unexpected expenses such as medical care or lost income.** Life's various hiccups can cost you a lot of money, and if you aren't prepared, they can be a serious blow to your financial stability. **Saving money is advantageous because nobody wants to incur debt if it can be prevented. You can avoid borrowing money or using credit, both of which have high-interest rates.** Financial anxiety can be lessened and the knowledge that you are protected should any unforeseen bills come by knowing you have money set aside for emergencies. Reducing this stress can also improve a lot of other aspects of your life. **Don't let it go; saving money each month forms a habit and helps to instill the discipline of saving.** When your emergency fund has reached the necessary size, you can redirect that money toward other endeavors, including investments or debt repayment. ***The reason why saving money is so important is because it gives you more freedom and security in your life. If you have money saved up for emergencies, you will always have something to fall back on. Additionally, you might be able to take chances or try new things if you have money set up for discretionary spending.*** ***Saving enhances emotions of stability and peace of mind and offers a financial "backstop" for life's uncertainties.*** Hello everyone, I've been busy for how many days now, and I only have a limited time to spend here. Please don't ever forget about me. By the way, be careful and safe at all times.

Male guides for communicating with women! For males to get along with women, they must be patient and attentive listeners. In extended chats, patience is both highly valued and essential. It would be best if you attempted to comprehend their emotions while also demonstrating some empathy. If necessary, provide criticism or suggestions, or listen attentively without giving a solution. Even though communication is so simple, males frequently misunderstand women, don't convey their messages clearly, or engage in extended dialogues. Men don't always feel the need to express their emotions openly. They frequently keep their feelings to themselves out of concern for unfair judgment, which destroys their capacity for effective conversation, especially with people of the opposite sex. Because female talks might be mysterious, most men will look for instruction and advice on how to have meaningful conversations with the other sex. **To facilitate and increase communication with the female partner, men could follow these helpful communication tips:** ***Having active listening skills:*** It's wise to listen before you speak. For males to get along with women, they must be patient and attentive listeners. In extended chats, patience is both highly valued and essential. It would be best if you attempted to comprehend their emotions while also demonstrating some empathy. If necessary, provide criticism or suggestions, or listen attentively without giving a solution. Men must listen calmly when women say things that may not always seem significant to them. While being patient, you should pay attention to what she is saying and her gestures. She is telling you for a reason and wants to share that reason with you. In addition to paying attention, active listening involves observing her body language and gazing into her eyes. When it comes down to it, all ladies sometimes want is someone to listen to and offer comments or suggestions. I realize that you might want to steer the conversation or disagree with them. Put your ego aside and allow her to have the last say. Remember that doing so will not lessen your masculinity but will help you build strong relationships with female partners. ***Understanding how to say things:*** Women enjoy talking to guys about anything and everything and frequently wind up conversing for long periods. Sometimes, they may want you to listen to them and understand rather than offer advice or solutions. All they want at that point is to be understood. Since women are known for being very verbally expressive, you must ensure that whatever you say has a warm, positive emotional core. Keep your language calm, straightforward, and concise without too much detail. An honest and close dialogue has power. After you have given her enough time to speak, you should only provide a solution that you believe is crucial to the plot or situation. ***Women tend to be indirect:*** Just because a woman is indirect doesn't mean she's lying. It simply means that they won't typically express their sentiments in words, and you can never tell what they desire at a given moment merely by their terms. Women are rarely blunt. Men find it convenient always to speak clearly, whereas women like to think things through and use indirection where possible. However, they frequently drop indications that you should pick up on and try to comprehend their emotions. Women do not want to be hurried. Thus, they speak slowly and consider their words carefully before speaking. It's because we haven't had time to think about it when you suddenly spring something on a female and you don't get the best response or perhaps a long pause. Women must ponder; therefore, occasionally, they tend to dodge the subject. They sometimes want extra support and encouragement to express their feelings. ***When she is depressed:*** Women frequently utilize language as a means of exploring and expressing challenging feelings. Men need to listen to women carefully rather than merely hearing them out to recognize when they are angry or going through a difficult moment. When someone is there to understand her unpleasant emotions, she can process them and let them go. She enjoys nurturing and support and finds fulfillment in helping others and working together. She feels loved and cared for when she shows interest in her by taking good care of her or expressing genuine worries. By doing so, she satisfies her most fundamental desire for affection. ***Communication Fails When:*** **-If a spouse cannot express their needs and desires clearly, comprehending and accepting them becomes pretty challenging. The secret is good communication.** **- To improve their relationships and prevent them from feeling stuck and disappointed in their relationships, men and women need to be educated about these differences.** **-Get back on the path to greater comprehension and communication if you feel stuck; it will be beneficial in the long term.** **- Never tell her that the feelings are unfounded or that discussing the issues is pointless. When you ignore the problem, it demonstrates how insensitive you are. There will be a significant communication gap unless you try to downplay her feelings or convince her otherwise.** **Communication breaks down when one person ignores a problem rather than listening to it and comes up with a solution.** Goodevening everyone! How are you guys? I've been busy for the past few days but I am still thankful for those who are still supporting me and reading my articles. ♥️ Take care always!

Start a New Habit for Self-Improvement You don't have to wait until the beginning of the New Year to start making self-improvements because there is never a wrong time. Self-improvement is all about the act or process of improving oneself through one's actions.Self-improvement is actively working to improve one's knowledge, status, or character. It's our constant effort to improve in all spheres of life.Self-awareness and the capacity to change your behaviors are the first steps in self-improvement. Start with creating new habits and let go of the unnecessary if you're serious about changing your life and bettering yourself. **When you have a significant objective you want to accomplish**, it may be effortless to become inspired and excited. This lofty objective makes you believe you need to reinvent and transform your life with a new set of challenging habits. In other words, you become trapped daydreaming about life-changing results rather than modifying your lifestyle. Significant goals frequently demand powerful activation energy, which is a challenge. Because you're motivated and enthusiastic about your new destination, you could have the power to start each day. However, relatively quickly (typically within a few weeks), that passion begins to wane, and you find yourself without the energy you need to practice your daily habit. **The first lesson is that smaller habits are more sustainable since they demand less energy to activate them. It will be harder to maintain consistency over time if your routine has higher activation energy. There will inevitably be days when starting never happens and when it takes a lot of energy.** **You can take advantage of the connection of behavior when forming new habits.** Finding an existing pattern you currently do every day and then adding your new behavior is one of the best ways to develop a new one. Over the years, your routines and behaviors have become more assertive. You will probably maintain the new behavior if you associate it with a new cycle already ingrained in your brain. Once you have mastered this fundamental framework, you can start chaining smaller habits together to form more giant stacks. This enables you to benefit from the momentum that naturally results from one activity moving to the next. **In Improving One-self, you need to have the following:** ***Build a constructive mindset*****.** It is the first and most crucial step in bringing about change. Eliminating negative ideas like uncertainty, anxiety, hostility, or bitterness is the key to self-improvement. A systematic plan that considers several areas of need is necessary for creating a road to success. ***A daily affirmation can help build a solid foundation for good thinking.*** You are one of many people who can offer assurances. Simply putting what you desire into words, you have taken a conscious step toward making it happen and given more weight to your vision of success. Motivational sayings or spiritual writings can be helpful. When it comes to topics of our hearts, mind, and soul, other people occasionally communicate them better than we are. Often, the accumulation of poor behaviors is the only thing standing between us and our products, excellent selves. Nothing can stop you from creating the habits required to transform into your desired person. It does not entail coercing yourself into actions you do not want to. Giving yourself the chance to act on your most human inclinations simply means doing so. ***Decide to try new things more frequently if you crave excitement.*** You give yourself structure and a roadmap for success by continually working to improve how you perceive yourself and by setting new, constructive goals that complement your ideal self-image. Your perception of yourself supports your route to success. **In improving One-self, you also need to Fight Battles you are destined to win.** ***It takes more than just willpower or work ethic to get great*****.** Additionally, it's a strategic issue. When people attempt to develop positive habits amid unfavorable circumstances, they frequently experience what people consider to be a lack of willpower or resistance to change. ***Create your habits in places where it is simple to do so*****.** Rephrase the circumstance. Make a game where you have all the advantages. Although it seems straightforward, how frequently do you focus on complex conflicts while ignoring simple ones? ***The time to engage in challenging battles is ample. First, take the easy fights.*** ***The easiest route to improvement is always the best. Fight conflicts that you will undoubtedly win.***

Happy World's Teacher Day! Do not Hate your teachers! You hate them because they ask for better output, projects, and performance. You hate them because they ask you to give more and think hard. You hate them because they give you lectures about your absences and inappropriate attitude. You hate them because they encourage you to keep dreaming and work hard for it. You hate them because they require you to beat deadlines. You hate them because they are angry when you cheat. You hate them because they are hard to do so many times. You hate them because they are reprimanding you over wasted chalks. You hate them for giving you an honest low grade. **But behind everything, they want you to:** To believe that you can do better. They want you to trust yourself and your abilities. They want you to become a good and responsible person. They want you to have a bright future ahead of you. They want you to earn that time is gold and precious. They want you to be independent, honest, and self-reliant. They want you to know that the world is not accessible outside and in real-life situations. They want you to value things that surround you, even the most minor things. They want you to know you have to be better, even if not the best. You must know those achievements are earned and not begged for. **Do not hate your teachers because they want you to become the best version of your life. They want you to keep growing in every situation that you have. And no matter what you do, you, as students, will always be the best part of all the teachers in their life.** ***Happy World’s Teacher Day to all teachers out there!*** I want you to know that I will always be grateful to be one. This day will be the best day to appreciate all your teachers. Being a teacher will never be busy; life for them gets rough at times because they are just human and will never be perfect. Teachers will never be easy, and it’s a job that cannot compare to others. **So do not hate your teachers; they just want to be the best for your future!** Today is supposed to be our day to feel relaxed and happy, but sadly, we are mandated to have our class until the afternoon. There’s nothing extraordinary has happened, but I am still glad that I can celebrate this kind of special day. I am not into material things, a simple greeting and appreciation may do, and I know that my students cannot afford to give us a fabulous gift, but it doesn’t matter because having them is the best gift ever. My prayers for this particular day are that my students will have a brighter future and become the best they can be in the future. Good evening everyone; again, Happy World’s Teachers Day to all teachers! Salute to all of you; you deserve all the respect and love!

You should be happy when Monday comes! **You should be happy when Monday comes!** Hello everyone. How's your weekend? Did you enjoy your time with your family and friends? When you ask me, yes, I do, but it feels like my body is longing for more rest. But I guess I have no reason not to love Mondays. **Here are the reasons why:** **I can start over and rediscover my motivation!**  The weekends are a great time to relax, go out with friends, and do things you might regret. Just be sure that your week is spent in ways that are good for you and your mental health because if it isn't, Mondays should be your day to recharge and rediscover your motivation. Then today is a perfect day for letting go of the past, starting over, and pursuing your objectives. **Your most productive days should be Mondays!** Mondays are supposed to be the busiest day of the week. Monday mornings seem to be when most of us produce our finest work. So embrace today, focus, and begin working your way through your to-do list. **Starting your health regimen on a Monday will increase your chances of reaching your desired weight!** If dieters use Monday as a "reset" day to get back on track after a splurging weekend, they will have more long-term success. **There are no Monday morning blues!** The concept of the Monday morning blues is untrue. It's simply inaccurate to say that everyone is depressed on Mondays. Simply put, it depends on our attitude and on how we manage the stresses we face at work. **I have a whole week ahead of me to finish up menial jobs.** Because of Mondays, I don't worry if I can't get the will to clean the house on the weekend or pay that tedious bill because I still have the rest of the week to complete those menial activities. **A motivational jumpstart occurs on Monday. Monday is an exciting day. Additionally, Monday is a chance to start over, make new resolutions, and establish the potential for the coming week.** **Let's get things going right away! Monday is the perfect day of the week to start a new project or set a new goal.** **The start of the week may be a powerful motivator. This day of the week can feel energizing and new if we can get past the Monday blahs and get going!** **It becomes ingrained in everyone's minds that we are sicker, unhappier, and lazier on Monday. We can overcome the Monday blahs if we change our perspective and see Monday as an energizing new beginning.** **The perfect day to organize your life is Monday. Start by asking yourself a few weekly questions to help you reflect on your present condition and identify methods to improve it. The best way to live the life of your desires is to practice self-awareness!** **People who begin the week with Monday affirmations tend to have more upbeat and successful weeks.** **This is a reminder that Mondays should be your motivation and that you can handle everything whatever this week throws you!** **May you have a great Monday, guys!**

Sunset’s realizations and you! I’ve been inactive for the past few days due to paper works and other personal matters. I felt so guilty for not being absent here, and I felt empty and sad at the same time. But I guess that is life, maybe there are times that we miss a chance, but at least we are always ready to renew and regain all the things we missed by doing our best for the second time and all the changes that tomorrow could bring. Today for me to be motivated again, my partner invited me to have some rides under the beautiful sunset. The good thing about my partner is that he never fails to do something that makes me feel better and happy. And it’s true, a moment with your loved ones whenever you feel down and demotivated can help you feel alive and boosted again. ***During our riding moments, there were beautiful things that I realized under the beautiful sunset. Here are some:*** **Sunsets are like beautiful scars. They may think it may end, but the beautiful memories of yesterday remain.** Memories in our life make us happy or leave us in pain. And the scars that it brings will remain in our hearts. It will depend on us on how we handle that situation or memory. We either forget about it or make it as motivation for a better tomorrow. **Sunsets never end; they will always symbolize a new beginning.** Though others may be sad during sunset or during the time of ending and goodbyes, for me, it will always be a beginning of opportunities and success. It always symbolizes what we may fall for many times in life, but we will always wake up for a new start that leads us to a better version of ourselves and a better moment for success. **Sunset is a moment to relax, a moment for us to breathe.** If we fail today, always remember that tomorrow day for us to conquer. If we fail today, it doesn’t mean we will die again tomorrow. Relax and breathe; do not be so hard on yourself. Take some time to relax and live for a while. Always remember that the moment that we wake up tomorrow is another day for us to fight and win our battles in life. **Sunset is a blessing.** It will always give us hope that everything is just temporary and everything will pass. So never give up. Every day is a blessing; we should be grateful for that, and every sunset brings hope and will always remind us that life may never come easy but will always allow us to be stronger and wiser than ever. *For the love of my life, I will always be grateful that you are with me with all the sunsets of my life. To all my endings and beginnings, you are always there, serve us my sunrise; that lightens up my whole world. You will always be my favorite sunset buddy, and I will always be happy to share all my things with you.* **So may we all chase for the sunsets of our life! Choose to be cheerful always and in all ways.** Good evening everyone! I miss you all here! I hope that you will have a great weekend coming with your family and loved ones! Take care always, and stay safe!

Financial Independence They say money cannot buy happiness, but literally, money can buy things and necessities to give you a comfortable life that makes you happy, right? So many people are working hard and hustling as much as they can to be financially independent when the time comes. **When we say Financial Independence**, it is the status of having enough income or wealth to provide the living expenses for the rest of your life without being dependent on others. When considering yourself independent, you must refer only to your income and assets. Being financially independent means having enough or sufficient savings to live your life as much as you want and how much you please. It means having enough income, protection, and investments to help you live comfortably. **Being financially independent** allows you to control some aspects of your life and time. You have greater peace of mind and become more flexible in pursuing your goals and dreams. Being responsible when it comes to finances has a significant impact on your future and will help you to live to the fullest in times of your retirement. **So here are things that you need to become financially independent:** **You must have clear and achievable goals.** It will be easier to achieve financial independence if you have a clear idea of what you like to achieve and when you want to achieve it. To establish your financial goals, you need to have a measurable, specific, achievable, realistic, and time-bound framework. **You need to set up a budget.**  Budgeting will help ensure your money is used for something essential and wisely and assure that your path is leading you to reach your goals. First, you need to consider your monthly income. Budget for important things follows household maintenance, clothing, personal care, groceries and prescriptions, rent or mortgage payments, entertainment and travel expenses, monthly subscriptions, membership and due, recurring expenses like bills, credit debt, bank fees, and more. It depends on your situation, but having a budget plan is very important. It should be comprehensive and identify precisely where your money is going. It will make it simpler to identify the things or the areas for financial improvement. **It would be best if you created a safety net.** It would help to establish a solid financial safety net as early as possible. Having a cushion is a great help and a factor in becoming financially independent. You must create an emergency fund alongside your typical savings account and funny into that fund whenever possible. You have to save enough to cover at least three or six months' worth of living expenses so you don't have to depend on others in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. **You need to save automatically.** This should be your top priority. This would be a great help, especially when you don't have a solid emergency fund. It would help if you made it the first bill you pay for each payday. Suppose you can see a possible direct deposit to simultaneously direct money to several different accounts. In that case, it will enable you to grow your savings while sending money to your checking account. It would be best to consider using an income percentage rather than a complex number when setting up direct distribution. This will allow contributions to increase automatically with pay increases. **It would help if you controlled your impulse spending.** Sometimes, impulse buying is the biggest problem for many of us. Impulsive buying or spending is a significant drain on our finances. It is an excellent budget breaker for many and leads to dire financial straits. You need to evaluate and track your expenses. You must determine how you're spending your money and discover what you can cut out or reduce. You have to decide to spend your money on more necessary things. **It would be best if you had o to eliminate and avoid debt.** You need to start a debt-elimination plan. If necessary, try to list out your debts and arrange them. I order from smallest to balance at the top to most significant and the bottom. You must focus on the obligation to be paid off right away. If you continue this process until you pay off all your debts, it could take several years, but it is a good and essential process. **You have to look at how you grow your net worth.** Make sure to do whatever you can to improve your net worth. It can be reducing your debt, increasing your savings, or increasing your income. You must look for new ways to make money or get paid more for what you do. So when you calculate your net worth each month, you'll see it grow, which would be great. **It would be best if you read about personal finances.** It is essential to educate yourself to make your finances better, and it can help you map your plan to be financially independent. It will help you understand your money and learn about saving, retirement planning, and more. ***Here is some reason why you need to pursue Financial Independence:*** Being financial independence is so important because you cannot guarantee that you would not be unemployed by tomorrow or until the end even if you have the highest education or the best experiences. Financial Independence is very  Important Because It Means You Are in an Even Better Position to Help Others. Being financially independent is very important because it increases your ability to structure work that suits you. **You need to invest in your future.**  ***Consider investing in your future now. Start doing it right; choose freedom today***.

Classes are suspended; Typhoon is coming! Classes are suspended; Typhoon is coming! Early this afternoon, our governor announced that classes are suspended tomorrow due to typhoon Karding; they advised us to get ready and stay at our home because we are already in Signal #4.   I feel nervous and scared because we all know that typhoon is alarming. But I believe that we will all be safe through prayers, and everything will be fine. My mind is filled with worries, and here are the reasons why:  **I think for our farmers:** We witnessed so many times that there are framing lands that have been affected and destroyed during a typhoon. I felt sorry watching all the farmers on the news crying because all their efforts and struggles are useless because of the storm. They waited so long, exerted too much blood and sweetness, and even invested all of their money, but in the end, their hard work suddenly turned into ashes.   I felt this because my Father is a farmer, I witnessed all of his efforts, and he mentioned to us last night that our rice fields are ready for harvest in a couple of days, so now, I can feel why he felt frustrated as he watched the news a while ago.    So now, I am hardly praying that the typhoon will be gone. This is not for my Father but for the rest of the farmers.  **I think for those beggars:** Suppose some people are worried inside their house, what more for those with no homes living beside the streets. I know many of us here already saw some beggars in the street. Older people and young people are roaming the street. I wonder how they manage typhoons without a shelter where they can feel comfortable and warm and without food at the same time. Imagine how they are trying their best to cover their body with the paper. **I think for my learners:** My learners live in the mountain, and their place is prone to landslides. Their houses are made of wood, and as I witnessed by visiting them, no firm foundation will hold their homes, so it will be easier to take away by wind and heavy rain. I am just hoping they are all safe now, and I am praying they have enough food to eat.  **I am praying for all of us that God may cover us with His mighty hands and protect us from the typhoon. I pray that He will take us away from harm and the storm will be gone. I am praying that He will keep us safe.**  **During typhoons and some natural calamities, I used this prayer:**  **Oratio Imperata** is an invocative prayer consisting of the liturgical action of Roman Catholics. It is a general prayer in which the church may publicly pray when a grave need or natural calamities happens.  **Oratio Imperata**  *Almighty Father,* *We raise our hearts to You in gratitude for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for Your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for Your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.* *We acknowledge our sins against You and the rest of Your creation. We have not been good stewards of nature. We have confused Your command to subdue the earth. The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoing, and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference.* *Global warming is upon us. Typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, and other natural calamities occur in the increasing number and intensity.* *We turn to you, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins.* *We ask that we, our loved ones and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made.* *We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of Your creation, and generous neighbors to those in need.*  *Amen* Good evening everyone! Keep safe, guys.

I became selfish for a reason. I became selfish for a reason. **I am not perfect, I messed up, and I am flawed.** Maybe others will find me suitable, and others may see me as arrogant and nasty, but that is okay. I know who I am and am always proud of what I have become. I am soft-hearted and so open to the extent that I cannot even hide my secrets and weaknesses from others. I am also the type of person that, if you are close to my heart, I will do my best to protect you and fight your battles. My attachment towards anyone is somehow my weakness, I trust too much, but in the end, they will betray you and leave you nothing but hatred. This situation has happened to me many times; even if my intentions are good, in the end, they will turn into something that I thought they would never do. **I became selfish for a reason.** *I know others will judge me based on what they only hear, but that will be alright. As long as I live my life honestly and with the truth, I will sleep peacefully and wake up happy.* **To the person, who will judge me as selfish and arrogant, I have my reasons.** **First, that is because you hurt me and betrayed me.** I know that forgiving is a must. Yes, I forgave you, but I will never forget. The pain and the trauma you gave me, the moment that I trusted you with all my heart, but you betrayed me and made me the foolish one. You know how much I defended you how many times and shared with you all the pain that burdens you, but in the end, you ultimately destroyed me and left me hanging alone. **Second, that is because you are selfish too.** There are instances when I become tired and exhausted from giving all that I have. There comes a time that I almost sucked sharing with others what I know, not because I don't like to, but because you make me feel that I am not worthy of being shared when you have everything. I remember all the details when you are lying to me, the times that I need you the most, and the times when I am craving your help. **I became selfish because you made me one.** I'm sorry for not always being good; I'm sorry for being selfish at times because I am just a human; I get hurt and feel pained. **For those people who judge me and gossip based on what they only hear and without knowing my side, it will be okay, and I will never bother myself to prove who I am and what I am, but I will still wish you good luck who you trust.** I am sorry for the rant; I am not feeling well today because I became more emotional. By the way, I hope everyone is having a great weekend with your loved ones. Keep safe, and God bless!

The Reasons Why I Stay My last article mentioned the struggles and threats of teaching in a remote area. I want to thank you for your appreciation, concern, and kind words towards me. I want you to know that I appreciate you all and will always cherish the moments I can share with you in my life, guys. By the way, how's everyone? I hope you have a great day today :) **So now, I would like to share the advantages and the good things in teaching in a remote area.** **The advantages of No Signal/Access to the Internet** I know many of us here will never be in favor of going to a place with no signal or internet connection for about 10 hours a day, especially for all of us here, for all the bloggers and writers. This is why I am also only active at night on weekdays. I admit that it was so hard for me to be active here in read cash and on other platforms. I guessed this is about how you get used to it when time passes. One thing that makes me feel comfortable about having no signal is when I am in my workplace I am stress-free away from social media. It makes me feel relieved and at peace for being a way to the toxic world of social media. ***Sometimes, I find this time and place as my peace and comfort zone when I have personal problems. It helps me to think and reflect on all my mistakes and to help me reduce my temper whenever I am angry and stressed.*** **The beauty of nature heals me.** There are things that only nature can heal you. The beauty of nature makes me feel alive and boosts my energy whenever I feel down. It makes me feel happy and feels comfortable because of nature. It releases my stress at the same time. **The Love of my learners helps me to stay.** Maybe if there is one thing that keeps me from continuing my passion in remote are is because of the love of my learners. I guess they are the reason that keeps me strong and supports me in my commitment as a teacher. Because of them, all things for me become possible. Despite all the struggles and all things that threaten our life, I choose to stay, and I will never regret it .**These are some reasons why staying to teach in a remote area will always be my choice for now. The Love that I have for this place was priceless.** I know a lot of people were concerned and worried at the same time because of the struggles and the threats that we had there, but I guess this is the time that our learners needed us the most; this is the time that they needed the utmost love and care for the people that will accept and love them no matter what. Again, thank you so my for all of you here! I do appreciate your kind words and concern. I hope everyone is okay. Be safe and take care, everyone!

@TeacherLynlyn

The threats and the struggles in teaching in a remote area. **Teaching in a remote area is not easy. You will face a lot of challenges that you need to overcome for you to survive.** Though teaching there is a great privilege for me, and as I always talked about in my last article, I will always be grateful because of my learners. Some teachers went there but chose to seek for transfer for just one year or even for a month of staying there because of so many factors that you need to face; here are some: **No Signal and Connectivity** In my workplace, one of the most significant reasons people don't want to stay there is no connectivity and signal. It was considered a dead spot, where you could not even get any connection or access from your mobile phone or any gadgets. This is very challenging because we have no idea what is happening outside of our workplace. We cannot contact anyone. That always leads us to be outdated. This is one thing that makes me feel nervous and worried all the time, especially for my loved ones, for they have no idea what's happening to me for almost 10 hours every day, and me also, I don't have any access to them for that long hour a day. Aside from this, power interruption was often, though it is normal for most of our learners because they have no electricity in their houses; still, it makes them uncomfortable because of the heat. **Prone of Landslide** Because we are located in the mountain area and due to heavy rain sometimes, we often suffer from landslides. And because of this, we already experienced a 2 hours walk because of bar downs and landslides. We need to find another route for us to be able to go to the other side of the mountain for us to arrive at school. We also experience that we are being trapped in one place because a landslide happens all of a sudden while on our way. **The threat of Wars between Rebels and the Philippine Army** Last year, we were suspended for almost two weeks due to the conflict between the Philippine army and the rebels. It's been years that the mountain we are in was suspected to be the route of these rebels in different areas connected in the mountain too. The reason why there are people, and mainly our learners developed some fear of going out and being traumatized by it. And what's worse is that there are learners who decide to stop their education, which somehow gives more difficulties to encouraging them to go back to our school. **These are some factors why other teachers didn't stay there for a long time. We cannot blame them for first securing themselves and choosing their peace and safety.** **These are things that give fear to us and threaten our life at the same.** **Despite that, my heart always belongs there. Because if no one has the guts to teach there, what will happen to the children out there? What will happen to their future?** **I am just hoping and praying every day for our safety, and may God guide us every day despite all of these threats. I am still hoping for peace and the protection of everyone, that we may have always had the courage to continue and to pursue our learners in education.**
