Today is the first day. Raw ripe mangoes, litchi, jam, jamrul, date palms, swaying mind-blowing saurav and radhachura krishnachura gaganachura colorful abir spread the journey began in the honeymoon.

This month is full of juicy fleshy honey everywhere. So it has taken place as honeymoon. When people are restless in the heat of summer. Then the infinite mercy of Allah Almighty and the juicy fleshy fruit full of miracles came to fruition in this season. With the departure of winter,

the temperature starts rising from the middle of Chaitra. Mild and moderate heatstroke occurs in Boishakh. People tend to hang animals birds ducks. Various juicy fruits come to quench the thirst of bitterness. Allah Pak has given various fruits including watermelon, mango,

blackberry, litchi, jackfruit for the peace of the thirsty people. Watermelon, melon, bell, ripe papaya come to Chaitra Boishakh. And it attains perfection and comes to Jaistha. Because at this time, the king of fruits, mango, lychee, watermelon,

blackberry, palm, date, and jackfruit can be seen everywhere. And that is why Jaistha has been termed as honeymoon. No other month has seen so much fruitfulness. Although some people call Chaitra as Madhumas, not Jaistha,

to show their erudition. The honeymoon started with the green pink avar litchi. Although these are not so juicy or fleshy. It is too late for the juicy shell litchi to arrive as the guest of the moment. Now raw mangoes are scattered in the market.

Towards the end of Boishakh, a lot of mangoes and litchis have fallen due to heavy rains and hailstorms. There is no one to buy the mango that has fallen so much.

It has rotted due to lack of storage facilities. Even then, tons of raw mango trucks have been loaded on buyers in different parts of the country. These raw mangoes are satisfying the taste buds of food lovers. Especially cooking small fish with mango.

There is no comparison between raw mango and bit salt juice cooked in pulses. Although the storm did some damage, there is still some mango. Mango farmers are watching the weather. This time the rain has been good. Another time the cocoon fell due to drought.

This time I did not have to read in such a bad situation. So this time the mango litchi will be big, juicy and fleshy in its normal way. The mango litchi in the trees is now telling it.

This juicy fleshy fruit will be among the mango lovers in fifteen days. Preparations have already begun in the greater Rajshahi region, known as the capital of mangoes. Especially in Chapainawabganj. This time the mango trade will be above one thousand crore rupees.

The mango economy here will remain strong for four months. Moreover, five lakh people will be associated with it in different ways. These are traders, laborers, porters, truck drivers, van drivers, basket makers, ampara laborers, parcel courier traders and food shop employees. Observing the mango market yesterday, it is seen that the honeymoon has started with different types of mangoes. And Guti Gopal has come in the basic variety.

In a few days, Gopal, Khirsa Pati, Rani Pasand, Mohanbhog and Langra will come. Although lame in name, it is far ahead in terms of value.

Mangoes of different names and tastes will come in between. Mango Maharaja Fazli will come after the arrival of the people of Nazir Wazir of Mango Kingdom. There is justice to the name because of its size in the past. Ashwina comes at the end.

This mango has started going abroad not only in the country. Fruit bagging is being taken care of for export. Its price and demand are both high. Millions of mango trees swaying in the millions of mango trees across the miles have already begun to attract the attention

of travel-thirsty people. Various travel companies have announced mango tour packages. Moreover, the communication system of Rajshahi is very good. Rail, road and air can be used all the way.

There are also hotel arrangements for accommodation. Trouble is a little warm feeling in nature. However, it can be said with such an oath that when you go through the mango orchard for mile after্ mile, you will be greeted by the swinging of millions of mango trees. Then you will not know where the fatigue of the path will go. Where you will find only mango and mango all around. If yo্u go to Sylhet where there is only tea garden. So is the mango orchard here. Mango litchi is available to buy in every town. But where is such an eye-catching scene.

As you walk through the mango orchard, the mango hanging in bunches will make your body tremble in a different way. You can't take a selfie with a bunch of mangoes

. If you walk through the garden and a ripe mango falls in front of you, its taste is different. It's more fun to watch than to eat mango.

If you go to the mango markets, you will see different species of mangoes. The rhyme read in that small time can be hummed without knowing it. Income Boys Income Girls go to uncle's house.

Happiness to pick mangoes at uncle's house on stormy days And the mama post has now been widely introduced in the region. Rickshaw drivers will hear calls from autorickshaws in different cases whether Mama will go

or not. Mama needs something. So there is no shortage of mama nephews here.

Moreover, there are hospitable people here. Although they are not big in money,

they are not small in mind at

all. Various social events have started around mango. During the mango, the daughter-in-law was brought to the father's house. Baskets of mangoes are sent to Beai's house and his relatives. Otherwise the wife will ha

ve to listen to the peg. Friends and relatives are looking for mangoes.

For this you have to keep a separate budget. Let it go, but the value must be kept. Even if it is difficult,

I have to send something. There are many interesting funny story poems about mango. Kazi Nazrul Islam, Rabindranath Tagore, Jasim Uddin, Jibanananda Das, Michael

Madhusudan Dutt have expressed their poems in different ways. Mango is truly the king of fruits. Mango is not just in story poetry. BiswajuI am happy to pick mangoes in my uncle's country on a stormy day, I paint m

y face with the sweet juice of ripe blackberries. The sweet juice of ripe flowers is really beautiful, delicious which touches the mind and heart. I am writing with all due respect to Pallikabi. If he was born in Mashimpur

village of Sadar upazila of Dinajpur or Madhabbati village in Biral upazila, then I am sure that Toba would have written an immortal poem about Lichu.

This delicious and fun litchi is being cultivated in Biral, Sadar and several other upazilas of Dinajpur. The Hamra Dinajpuris love to call this

litchi 'Natural Rasgolla'. Dinajpur litchi is in great demand for its taste and color. Even buyers from neighboring countries come to the litchi market

in Dinajpur. The litchi of Dinajpur is incomparable to the litchi of Bangladesh.

Boishakh and Jyastha are the two months of summer. Although it is

summer season, this month is called 'honey season' considering the fruits. The senior month is the honey month. No matter how many fruits there are in the honey month, in this garden o

f the village, in this garden, in this house, in this house Ignoring the heat of summer, when people get litchi in their hands, they forget the pain

of unbearable heat. Litchi is so much fun in nutrition and taste that it cannot be compared with any other fruit because the taste and nutritional value

of different fruits and its medicinal value are the same. One district is famous for one fruit. Which depends on the soil.

Soil is a layer on the surface of the earth that nourishes and helps animals and plants to survive.

These soils originated from Tertiary rocks, Pleistocene terraces, and more recent sediments.

Around the district town, especially in the villages on the south and west sides, there are well-leaved, fertile and extensive farms cultivating various crops. Janapada is just a field of some economic resources and

prosperity. This district is very captivating with its beautiful natural beauty. But her beauty is undivided and unbroken. Because there are no hills, deserts, hearts or

large wetlands in this district. However, in this district there is a very fast moving river flowing through the earthen chest, but it is a famous village

along with Madhabbati or Mashimpur even though it is situated in the lap of a solitary dense forest and fascinated nature and also in the isolated environment of a remote village.

The people of this village, which is also rich in heavenly resources, have planted thousands of acres of litchi and tied the people all over the country in a Maya net. Litchi farmers of this village h

ave developed their qualifications and talents. The national fruit jackfruit, the king of fruits

mango is certainly a nutritious and delicious fruit.

When it comes to writing about litchi, I don't know why

I want to write, but litchi is the queen of fruits. I do not know whether it would be right to say?

But it's like my personal. There may be differences of opinion.

Litchi is the most romantic and beneficial fruit in the world. This fruit has been getting this status for almost two thousand years.

The world's first book on fruit cultivation was written in 1056,

also about litchi. Many kings and queens in the world have given litchi fruits as gifts to win the hearts of queens and queens. In the 8th century,

the Chinese emperor Huan Sang won the hearts of the Begum by doing the same. He carried litchi from southern China to distant northern China. Following this, litchi cultivation started in Bangladesh. Litchi has lots of antioxidants. It helps in curing breast cancer. Antioxidants keep the heart well.

It contains a special ingredient called oligonal. It produces nitric acid. This acid expands the blood vessels. As a result, blood circulation remains normal. Reduces stress on the heart and keeps the heart well

. Litchi also keeps the blood pressure of the body right. Litchi works great for improving digestion. The phytochemicals in litchi do not allow cataracts to get into the eyes easily.

It has anti-neoplasmic properties and controls cell division. As a result, cataracts do not fall in the eyes. The main cause of influenza is various viruses. It has been found that in case of influenza, playing with litchi

cures it quickly. Not only that, it is being tested whether litchi can be used to make medicine for this disease. Each 100 grams of litchi has 6 calories. In addition, there is fiber. It helps in melting fat. So for those who want to lose weight, they must include litchi in their diet. Litchi has enough vitamin C. As a result it helps to increase immunity in

our body. If someone has scurvy, playing with litchi cures it. Scurvy is caused by vitamin C deficiency.

Scientists have invented different varieties of litchi. At present, scientists at the Bangladesh Agricul

tural Research Institute have developed three varieties of litchi through their research. The varieties of litchi available in this country are- Bombay, Madraji, China-3, Mangalbari, Mozaffarpuri, Bedana litchi, Bari litchi-1, Bari litchi-2, Bari litchi-3. This variety bears good fruit every year. Vedana Nabi Ja

t. Bari Lichu-1 is an early variety, Bari Lichu-3 is a seasonal variety, but Bari Lichu-2 is a Nabi variety. Any of these varieties can be selected for litchi planting. Litchi trees usually bear fruit after three to six years. H্

owever, the yield of litchi tree continues to increase for twenty to thirty years. Generally, 60-150 kg or 3200-6000 litchis are obtained from each tree per year. Depending on the situation. But it takes 8-12 years for a tree pro

duced from seeds to bear fruit. This is why seedlings are not usually produced from seeds. Guticlam is most suitable for litchi in seedling production. However, without this method, seedlings can be successfully produced through double grafting, bud addition, int

ersection graft. Farmers have started cultivating litchi in a modern way from the traditional method of cultivation. At present, pesticides are used in mango and litchi in IshwardiBedena litchi. As soon as the name is brought to the mouth, a picture of a red, large juicy fruit in toast floats in front of the eyes. This variety of litchi is not grown anywhere else except in Dinajpur. Although cultivated in some places, the shape, taste, aroma, sweetness and juice of Bedena litchi produced in the soil of Dinajpur is not found in the soil of other places.

As a result, Katharibhog rice and Bedena litchi have become the branding of Dinajpur. Not only in branding, the price of this variety of litchi is double or more than other varieties. Yet the number of Bedena litchi customers is high; There is no ebb in demand.

Touhidul Iqbal, Deputy Director, Department of Agriculture Extension, Dinajpur, said this information on District Branding and Bedena Lichu.

He added that this time litchi has been planted in about 6,500 hectares of land in Dinajpur district. Production has been about 35 thousand tons. Several types of litchis including Madraji, Bombay, Bedena, China Three, Kathali, Haria are cultivated in Dinajpur. Bedena variety of litchi is cultivated in a very small amount of land.

He said that out of the total cultivable land, the area under litchi of Bedena variety is 10 percent and the area under litchi of China Three variety is 20 percent.

Touhidul Iqbal, an agronomist, said that the quality of Bedena litchi is also good as the price is high. Moreover, this variety of litchi is not found in all soils. For this reason, the variety is considered as a specialty of Dinajpur.

'Only Dinajpur has more cultivation and better quality. That is why Dinajpur has been branded as Katharibhog rice and Bedena litchi. This variety of litchi is famous in all parts of the country and is in demand among all types of people, 'said agriculturist Touhid.

Dinajpur Haji Mohammad Danesh University of Science and Technology, Professor of Food Processing and Preservation. Maruf Ahmed said, 'We have determined the nutritional value of Bedena variety of litchi. This variety of litchi has a sugar content of 32-41 mg per 100 g. On the other hand, the amount of vitamin C is 24-48 mg, the total amount of fennel is 699-1212 micrograms, the total flavonoid is 206-631 micrograms, the acidity is 0.61-0.84 percent and the pH is 4.34-4.83.

He added, 'These amounts vary depending on the variety of litchi. We only got these in the Bedena variety; Did not diagnose other species. We are doing research on other varieties of litchi including Bedena litchi. The study is being carried out on the production of Bedena litchi in chitosan method without any chemical and its nutritional value. Other varieties will also be researched in the coming years. And if that is the case then these nutrients can be diagnosed separately.

Pradeep Kumar Guha, deputy director of Dinajpur Horticulture Center, said the target for litchi business in the district this time was Tk 400-425 crore. However, this time the price is a little higher, about 440 crore litchi is expected to be sold. Of this, the trade of Bedena variety litchi will be around Tk 75 crore.

He added, 'Bedena litchi is delicious, juicy, sweet and fragrant. The size of this litchi is high, juicy and the beech is small. Litchi is large in size. Although there is more sweetness and aroma than other varieties of litchi, the yield of Bedena is less. However, there is a huge demand for this litchi across the country.

'Due to high demand and large size, the price of this litchi is always high. These litchis are sold and bought at twice the price of other litchis. However, if one produces litchi commercially, then it is better to cultivate Bombay variety of litchi, 'he added.

Pradeep Kumar Guha said that the nutritional value of all varieties of litchi is almost the same. However, the quality of sweetness and taste varies depending on the quality of the soil. However, the amount of litchi talk of Madrasi variety is relatively high. This time, litchis of every 100 varieties of Bedena have been sold at Rs 400 to Rs 500, whereas in the last two years, the price of this variety of litchi was Rs 250-350.

This year, Madrasi or Bombay varieties of litchi have been sold at Rs 150 to Rs 250 per hundred. Besides, new variety of litchi Bari-4 has arrived. He also commented that even though the size is small, its taste and quality will be the same as Bedena's.
