1.Smoking: After a meal the consumption of any kind of drugs level increases. So then if you smoke a cigarette, it will be equivalent to 10 cigarettes. It may cause a serious lung cancer & bowl cancer. Moreover it may affect your nerve system.
2.Sleeping: If you go to sleep just after your meal, it may cause various things like- discomfort, bloating, abnormal sleeping position and digestive system as well. After taking a meal our body need to concentrate on digestive system. So if you sleep, your body will not be able to do so. Because in sleeping nerve system and their balance changes.
