Doel pyaseripharama (ie uphill pratima) is a bird in the square. Its scientific name is Copsychus saularis . The Bengali name of this bird is similar to the French and Dutch names. In French it is called Shama dayal and in Dutch it is called Dayallijster. It is the national bird of Bangladesh . Doyle can be seen everywhere in the rural areas of Bangladesh.

• Accommodation
They are found mainly in temperate South Asia: Bangladesh , India , Pakistan , Sri Lanka , Indonesia , Malaysia , southern China and the Philippines . They are usually found in wooded forests, in the vicinity of cultivated lands and near human settlements. They are more common in rural areas of Bangladesh.
•Detection
Doyle 15-20 cm or 6-8 inches long. It has a long tail that keeps it upright most of the time. The upper part of the body of the male dowel and below the neck are black and the abdomen is white. There are white patches on both sides of the wings. The upper part of the female dowel and the lower part of the neck are gray. The abdomen is not as bright as the male dowel, but a little pale white. But it is very beautiful to look at.
•Propagation
Doyle breeds in South Asia from March to July ; And in Southeast Asia from January to July . During the breeding season, the body color of the male dowel becomes brighter. Sitting on a branch of a tree, the wife shouts in various tunes to attract Doyle. One week before laying eggs, they build their nests in tree hollows or roof cornices. Usually lays 4/5 eggs. The color of the egg is pale bluish-green with brown spots on it. Wife Doyle lays it in the egg; After 8 to 14 days the baby hatches. During the breeding season, the male dowel becomes aggressive. Then do not allow other birds to come around the house.
•Temperament-nature
Doyle is well known for his various tunes. These restless birds are always jumping on the branches of trees or on the ground in search of food. Insects, small insects are their main food. Sometimes they go out before evening to look for food. The male doyle shouts sweetly to attract the female doyle. However, the female doyle can also call in the presence of the male doyle.
•Cultural significance
The various cultural activities as a symbol of national heritage tea is very significant. This bird is mentioned in the writings of various poets and writers . Pictures of this bird are widely used in Bangladeshi currency ( taka ). There is a road square named Doel Chattar in Dhaka , the capital of Bangladesh , named after this bird , which is located in the middle of Dhaka University area.
