What is cancer?

Cancer is not just a disease, it is a combination of several complex predators. The human body is made up of numerous tiny cells. In a healthy body, these cells promote the growth and loss of various organs of the body through regular and well-regulated cell division. Probably cancer originates from a single cell. Due to some ignorance, something happens suddenly and it continues non-stop. As a result, a lump or tumor is formed there soon. Cancer cells are normal physiological cells, which have abnormal functions and shapes. When a malignant tumor occurs, it invades the surrounding area locally and the lymph travels through the bloodstream to a distant part of the body to establish a new settlement called metastasis.

What causes cancer?

Cancer is not a contagious disease. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. Harmful chemicals Hormones, radioactivity, occupation, habits (smoking, smoking, alcohol, drinking, etc.) Injury, reproductive and perverted sexual behaviour, air and water contamination Food (e.g. high fat diet), various racial, lifestyle, geographical and environmental influences, "parasites "O" viruses are generally universally recognized causes of cancer and about 90% of them can be avoided.

Cancer treatment.

Cancer is usually treated in three ways. However, in most cases, multiple applications may be required at the same time.

1. Surgery.

In the initial stage, the cancerous area is completely removed by surgery and the body is made cancer-free. In most people, early surgery is the best way to cure cancer.

2. Chemotherapy

In some cases, treatment is given in addition to surgery and radiotherapy, or with or without cancer cells. Surgical radiotherapy and chemotherapy or other medical procedures are applied depending on the disease and the condition of the patient. However, if the disease is treated in the early stages of cancer is much more likely to be completely cured.

3. Hormone therapy and targeted therapy

In addition to the above treatment methods, hormone therapy is provided for the treatment of hormone-sensitive cancers and targeted therapies for the treatment of certain cancers.

Cancer Danger Signals -

I. Any wound that does not leave easily.

II. Abnormal bleeding.

III. The formation of a lump in the breast or anywhere else in the body that is painful or painless.

IV. Difficulty swallowing or indigestion.

V. Changing the habit of defecating.

VI. The obvious change of sesame or mole.

VII. Whooping cough or broken voice.

VIII. Consult a doctor immediately if the danger signal from cancer mentioned above lasts for more than two weeks.

Cancer prevention.

The origin of cancer is not yet dependent on fate. Some changes in daily life can greatly reduce the risk of cancer. It is even possible to prevent half cancer just by making lifestyle changes.

1. Avoid smoking.

Smoking is one of the leading causes of cancer in the world, which is responsible for all types of lung cancer. If you are a smoker, it is most important to avoid it. The sooner you avoid it, the more it will be possible to prevent harm to the body.

2. Learn about the harms of drinking alcohol.

Excessive consumption of any type of alcohol greatly increases the risk of cancer. With this, if you are a smoker, the risk of cancer becomes more serious. Alcohol causes cancer of the esophagus, throat, and lungs.

3. Stay active.

Regular light exercise can reduce the risk of cancer. Get in the habit of doing at least 30 minutes of regular physical activity, such as walking, jogging, swimming, gardening, cycling - three to five days a week.

4. Develop healthy eating habits.

Develop regular balanced and moderate diet habits to reduce the risk of cancer. Include plenty of fibrous foods, vegetables, and fruits in your daily diet, and avoid processed and high-fat foods.

5. Keep yourself away from the harmful rays of the sun.

Excessive sunlight is harmful to the body, which is responsible for melanoma and skin cancer. In summer, stay away from sunlight from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., or use umbrellas, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

6. Maintain good health.

Excess body weight is not only a cause of heart disease but also a serious disorder like diabetes and even cancer. Ozone levels are responsible for a variety of cancers, including cancer. So keep your body weight moderate.

7. Regular cancer screening can save many lives.

Regular screening tests can detect abnormal changes in the body at an early stage. The medical procedure is more likely to be simple and effective. Check your health every year. Check your breasts, mouth, and body every month.

Guidelines of the American Cancer Society for rapid cancer detection.

1. Breast cancer.

  • From the age of 40, a mammogram should be done once every year.

  • Clinical breast examination once every three years for women aged 20 to 30 years

and once every year for women in their forties.

  • Self-examination of breasts for girls under 20 years of age.

2. Colon cancer and polyps.

For men and women 50 years of age or older -

  • Flexible sigmoidoscopy every five years.

  • Colonoscopy every 10 years.

  • Initially, the fecal occult blood test should be done once a year to detect cancer. If

the test is positive then colonoscopy should be done.

3. Cervical cancer

Every woman should be informed about the risk and symptoms of uterine cancer during menopause. In particular, if there is any abnormal bleeding or sporting, the doctor must be informed. Some women may need to have an endometrial biopsy every year if they have a history of postpartum hemorrhage.

4. Cervical cancer

  • Cervical cancer screening should start at age 21. Girls under 21 do not need this

    test.

  • Women between the ages of 21 and 29 need to have Pap smear tests and HPV tests every three years.

  • Women between the ages of 30 and 65 need to have a Pap smear test and an HPV

    test every five years.

  • 65 women who were in regular cervical cancer screening and reported normal do not need screening.

5. Prostate cancer.

  • Prostate cancer screening begins in the 50s. It depends on the level of PSA.

Remember cancer does not mean death. One-third of cancers are preventable, and one-third of cancers are curable. It is possible to increase the quality of life and ensure longevity by relieving the pain of most incurable cancers.
