# Materials
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or cornflower
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Topping as desired (nuts, raisins, dried fruit, rose water)
# Method
1) First put 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan. Then add milk to it. The advantage of giving water is that the milk will not burn easily. When the milk is a little hot, stir it well with sugar. In this case it is better to use a wooden spoon. Melt the sugar with a spoon and wait until the milk boils.
2) Reduce the heat after the milk boils. Add cornstarch in it and start stirring very well immediately. If you don't stir constantly, the cornstarch will clump. Turn off the heat after stirring continuously for 5-6 minutes.
Now pour this mixture in a serving glass. Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Then you can take out the almonds, raisins, your favorite fruit pieces and rose water.
