Life's Journey

I'm a path weaving in and out of life's highway and criss-crossing at points, Most people head down that expressway and converge at the joints, The parts where many roads diverge and we experience others for a time, So different from those on the path who've been travelling in a straight line.

When you meet a fellow traveller no matter from what direction they came, We share a little of ourselves maybe our stories and hopes to remember a name, And it's not important where we're heading but to acknowledge we all go, For if we park for a really long time you start to question what you don't know.

Solitary footpath or wider tracks for two or maybe big roads for far more, They all invite you to venture on and discover a life fit for you and to explore, Nobody has a definite route even if you think yours is already mapped out, You may meet some other people and then turn around and divert in doubt.

I love the destinations we travel be it A to Z direct or zig-zag every which way, None can say the right route for you so just follow your heart or head they say, But please I beg you for all the journey just harken to my one true bit of advice, Don't forget to keep looking out and enjoying all it's the fuel to keep it nice.
