E-learning and The Perspective of Bangladesh:
E-learning is a new method for the students of Bangladesh especially those remote locations where there is no sufficient internet access to initiate the online classes. In the perspective of Bangladesh, managing a successful and communicative e- learning is far from reality because it is also a costly system for the poor village students who were used to engage with the physical environment of a classroom not with the virtual one. Again, it is somewhere easy for the students in the urban areas as they can get used to the virtual facilities through the easy access of wireless connections, electronic resources such as computers, smartphones etc. Several educational institutions started online classes especially the English Medium Institutions, International Educational Institutions etc. to complete the courses and make the students confident enough to keep in touch with their studies. Thus, it helps them to build up their mental health strong and effective because long time leisure without studies and any other extracurricular activities can negatively affect the mental health of children and also the young students. But in Bangladesh online education or e-learning seems to make inequity in the educational system because it is unmanageable for the village students and they are also inexperienced in using the internet facilities. The teachers are also in the rural areas not enough familiar with those apps or electronic systems from which e-learning can be conducted. Shyness, inexperienced in using the online devices, not getting used to appear through the electronic video conferencing are some of the lackings of the teachers in the rural areas within the e- learning system. Again, in the urban areas like cities where there is easy excess of internet connections, the teachers of that area are enough used to with the electronic devices and conducting the e- learning program fruitfully. It is equally important to take forward the concept of non-electronic teaching with the help of books and lectures, but the importance and effectiveness of technology-based learning cannot ignore completely, especially facing through the serious situation of COVID-19 pandemic. So, in the perspective of Bangladesh, it is necessary for the government to make sure that both the teachers and the learners should take proper practices for getting used to the e- learning devices as soon as possible. Mainly, the government should take proper steps to facilitates online resources at the remote areas and make sure the sufficient internet access there for the village students so that the students

can try to cope up with the pandemic through electronic learning. The government and non profit organizations can also fundraise programs for the poor students and provide them electronic devices as smart phones, computers, internet forms etc. to start their e- learning program. The students of those areas should practice how to build up connections through electronic devices and the necessary steps of e- learning through technology.
E- learning is essentially includes learning online through the courses that are offered on the internet. Emails, live lectures, and videoconferencing are all possible through the internet. This ensures all the participants to give their views on a particular topic and then discuss them further. For higher studies, students, researchers and especially for the University students, they don’t need to go to a particular University to attend the classes for their desiring courses and getting certificates. Through e- learning, it is much easier for the students and the researchers to complete online courses and to be easily certified. To implement e- learning system successfully, the government and each and every organization of the education sector should make proper environment through creating enough facilities, practices, and provide electronic resources to those areas where there is no internet access and also provide electronic devices to the students to initiate the successful implementation as soon as possible.
