Easy Hilsa Polao Recipe:

Materials

500 gms of polao rice, 12 pieces of hilsa fish, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 cup of tokadai, salt to taste, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 4 pieces of cardamom, 3/4 cup of onion paste, half a cup of onion slices , 4 cups of water, 10 green chillies, 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a cup of oil.

How to do it

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now marinate the fish pieces with ginger, garlic, salt and yoghurt for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, bata and onion. When the spices are well seasoned, cover with fish and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Invert the fish once with sugar and 4 green chillies. When the water dries and the oil rises, take it down. Remove the fish from the spices.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pot and fry the sliced ​​onion till golden. Pick up the barista and stir in the rice. Fry the rice with fish spices and cover with water and salt to taste.

When the water is dry, leave it on low heat for 15 minutes and remove from the oven.

In a large bowl, spread the fish over the polao and cover the fish with the remaining polao for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with hilsa polao and onion barista on top.
