Polao neatly
Materials
1 kg of polao rice, half cup of pistachio and almonds, 1 cup of ghee, 4 cups of ela 8, salt as required, 2 tablespoons of keora water, 8-10 green chillies and 3 cups of raisins.
Method
Fry the raisins and nuts in a little ghee. Wash the rice and soak it for 10 minutes. Put ghee, barista, powdered milk, bay leaves, hot spices, salt and water in the pot. When it boils, stir in the rice and cook over high heat with the lid on. When the rice and water are equal, shake it once more and put it on a low flame. After 10 minutes, open the lid, spread the nuts and raisins and lightly press the polao. Put the potato peels in the middle of the polao. Spread a little barista on top, simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
If you want to give almond or coconut batter with polao, you have to give it only when the water is boiled. For 1 kg of polao, 2 tablespoons should be made.
