Materials:

One kg with beef bones

One tablespoon of ginger paste

Half a teaspoon of garlic paste

One tablespoon of pepper

One teaspoon of cumin

One tablespoon of coriander paste

Half a cup of sour yogurt

Cardamom

Cinnamon

Clove

Bay leaves

Salt to taste.

How to create:

Put all the above ingredients together and marinate the meat for four hours.

Materials:

One cup of onion cut into rings

Onion paste is one-fourth of a cup

One tablespoon of hot spices

One cup of condensed coconut milk

One-fourth of a cup of vinegar

Half a cup of tomato sauce

One teaspoon of sugar

Five raw peppers

Half a teaspoon of nutmeg

Jayatri half a teaspoon

Half a cup of oil.

How to create:

Heat oil in a thick pan and fry the garlic cloves till red. Then add bata onion. Pour the marinated meat and cook over low heat.

Pour the vinegar into the meat. When the meat is eighty percent cooked, pour coconut milk. Then pour the chopped onion in the ring. When the meat is cooked, simmer for 30 minutes and serve.
