Messenger, a proprietary messaging platform owned by Facebook, has added a number of new privacy features that allow users to control the messages they send. In addition, Facebook will test the new settings in the Messenger app. This allows the user to decide on the incoming calls and messages in Messenger. According to the Facebook authorities, the new feature Messenger will be brought to Facebook just like the current feature on Instagram. By December, users will have more control over Messenger.
If someone who is not a friend on Facebook sends a picture to Messenger, Facebook will automatically blur it. This will stop embarrassment by sending pictures or messages to Facebook from unwanted people. The 'app lock' feature is also being officially unveiled by Facebook. This will add another layer of security to Messenger chat. This way Messenger chat can be locked. If you want to enter Messenger, you have to enter with face or fingerprint. This feature has already been launched on the iOS platform. This feature will be added to the Android platform soon.
