A healthy heart is essential for a healthy life. The overall transformation around us over the last few decades has brought significant changes in our lifestyles. And the human body is adapting to this transformation. This is the amazing thing about our body. In this case, we also need to consider that irregularities in health matters, which can be applicable to the heart, can bring terrible consequences for us.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 17.9 million people die of heart disease each year, which is now the leading cause of death worldwide. The number of deaths from heart disease is 31 percent of the total deaths. As a result, now is the time for us to be aware and take the necessary steps.

When our heart chambers or pumping chambers become weak or inflexible, the heart cannot function properly. During irregular heartbeat, the blood circulation required to keep the body active does not maintain normalcy. At this time the heart initially tries to expand itself, so that the blood circulation is normal. The heart tries to keep the average vibration rate moving fast in order to stretch the muscles more strongly. Initially the heart responds in this way.

Negative symptoms appear very quickly in a problematic heart. Problems such as shortness of breath, fatigue, swelling of the legs and ankles, persistent coughing up of blood, abdominal swelling, loss of appetite and urination at night. These are the initial signs of low heart function. Heart attacks, high blood pressure, myocarditis or weakened valves, cardiomyopathy or heart muscle damage, and a variety of cardiovascular complications are the primary causes of heart problems.

In addition, long-term diabetes, insomnia, obesity, and smoking and alcohol consumption are some of the causes of cardiac arrest. When the heart stops beating, the right and left side of the heart or both sides are damaged. Each has its downsides and is equally deadly. A troubled heart can damage a person's liver or kidneys. As a result, dialysis may be required.

Only a healthy lifestyle can protect people from heart failure. Regular exercise, a healthy diet, abstaining from smoking or alcohol and being free from stress are the ideal ways to keep our heart healthy. For those who are already suffering from heart problems, Cardiac Synchronization Therapy (CRT) is a very effective way to solve this problem.

Biventricular pacemakers are used as part of the CRT procedure to send electrical signals to our heart cells. Efficiently handles signals through ventricular contraction control. Cardioverter defibrillators normalize abnormal heartbeat through electrical shock.

CRT does not apply to everyone with heart problems. This treatment is not applicable for those who have mild symptoms or diastolic heart problems. After all, there is a risk of infection in the use of every technology-based medical equipment. So from the very beginning of our lives, we should lead a life with a positive attitude to avoid complex medical procedures.
