Method

Marinate for 15 minutes with meat, curd, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and adabata. Make a chutney by mixing coriander leaves, mint leaves, raw chilli paste and black pepper powder together. Heat oil in a pan and fry with chutney and meat. Give water as required. When the meat is cooked, stir in the rice for 2 minutes. Then give one and a half times hot water to the rice.
