Ingredients:
1 kg of olives
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup garlic clove
Add 1/2 cup dried chillies and add 1 teaspoon
1/2 cup oil
1 cup garlic paste
1 tablespoon mustard paste
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup chopped onion
How to create:
Chop the olives and onion. Spread with mustard paste and turmeric and dry in the sun for 1 day. In a bowl, grate olives with oil, sugar, panchphoran, garlic paste, dried chilli powder and all the above ingredients. Add vinegar.
Keep stirring for a while until it turns reddish. At the end, lower it with some panchforan powder and serve
