Materials:
Khasir liver 500 grams
4 potatoes (medium)
1 cup chopped onion
Onion paste 2 tablespoons ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
4 cardamoms (crushed)
Cinnamon 3 pieces
2 bay leaves
Half a cup of milk
1 teaspoon fried cumin powder 4-5 green chillies
Salt to taste
Oil as needed.
Preparation method:
First cut the liver into dumo and wash it well. Wash it with hot water. Apply it with milk, salt, ginger-garlic paste and keep it for 10 minutes. Potatoes should be cut into dumo and fried red with turmeric and salt. Take 1 cup of onion. Now fry in oil in a frying pan with all the spices except the fried cumin powder. Rinse again with a little water. When the spices are added, cover the liver with milk by stirring it a little for five minutes. When it is boiled, onion should be boiled. Fried cumin powder can be spread and served.
