Pran Tempura

Ingredients: Shrimp (large size) half a kg, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of onion paste, 1 tablespoon of arrowroot, 8 tablespoons of flour, 2 teaspoons of green chilli paste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice / vinegar, 3 teaspoons of baking powder, salt Half a teaspoon, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of ginger + garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of white mustard paste (put in a pan), amount of water, oil as required.

Method: Keep the tail and shrimp of the shrimp. The top of the fish (that is, the position in which the head is thrown) should be cut a little. Soak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for 20 to 25 minutes. Now the breads have to be cut into cubes. The hard edges of the bread should be discarded. All ingredients except oil and bread should be spread together. Spice one side of the bread and put the fish straight on it. Remember, the oil must be very hot. Put the spices and fish in the oil first. It should be browned and fried.
