Mustard Hilsa Recipe
Materials:
1. Hilsa fish pieces - 8/9 pieces
2. Mustard paste - 3 tablespoons
3. Onion sprouts - 1 cup
4. Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
5. Whole green chillies - 7/8
. Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon
Mustard oil - Quantitative
. Salt - to taste
9. Red-green pepper - 6 (for garnish)
Preparation method:
First, clean and wash the pieces of hilsa.
Now put turmeric and salt on the pieces and put them in a container.
Put another pot in the oven. Now let the oil heat up.
Fry onion in hot oil.
When it is fried, add mustard paste and all the other ingredients except green chillies one by one.
Now arrange the grated fish pieces on the spices and put them in the oven.
Invert the fish pieces with a little water
Now add mustard paste and green chillies
Cover with a little water
When the water is dry, take it down.
Service:
Serve hot with whole red and green chillies (or as desired) with hot white rice.
Note: Adding raw chilli and a little salt during mustard butter will not make it bitter after cooking.
