The ability to be a leader generally refers to the quality of a person's ability to spread his or her philosophy among others and to work with them voluntarily. It is difficult to find people who have their own ideas or philosophy. Also, if he has the ability to make others think that he can fulfill his dream - then there is no one in a million.This is why the number of leaders is less in politics, business ventures or any other field. Again, most of those who are called leaders do not deserve to be true leaders. But is it really that difficult for a man to become a leader? It actually depends on a lot of things. The man who wants to be a leader, or thinks of himself as a leader - is often unaware of his own merits. There are also people who have all the qualifications to be a leader, but they are not able to use them properly.
