Early rising is very good for health. There is a saying avout early rising, Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
Good health is the root of all happiness. But good health almost depands on early rising.
We can't think of sound health as well as cheerful and happy mind without this good habit.
Morning air is fresh and morning oxygen is pure. The man who rises early in the morning can enjoy fresh air and pure Oxygen.
Morning air refreshes both our body and mind. It keeps our mind cheerful and playful. An early riser gets enough thime to finish his work in time.
A student who rises early in the morning gets enough time to learn his lessons in time. So, he always enjoys sound health and makes a good result in the exam.
Only an early riser can enjoy the matchless beauty of the nature and he realize the power of the creator.
So, he always remains cheerful and happy. He is successful in all walks of life. He leads a happy, comfortable, enjoyable, healty and long life.
On the other hand, a lat riser leads a very unhappy and miserable life. He is deprived of sound health and sound mind.
Now it is clear that early rising is a great source of health, wealth and wise. So, everyone should build up this good habit from his early in order to be successful in life.
