How I Prepare and Pack My Shopee Orders

I started creating my own shop on shopee last year (October 2020). As usual, at first no one will find your shop, you won't receive any orders yet and for me it took me 2 and a half weeks to receive my first ever order on my shop. I remembered it was 2 maong shorts. By the way, my shop's products are mostly clothes for girls, I have for teens and even for kids. They were all from my mama's paninda before that she bought from Taytay and sold it to some of her friends here, so I decided to post and sell the left clothes of my mama's paninda on shopee, some of my products are already used as well but most of them are brand new. My shop went well from october to december but when 2021 arrives, my shop were started to receive 0 orders, not until on February and March. On february, I started to sell some personalized keychains, kpop keychains and even personalized QR Code keychain. I think the last order that I've received was already 6 months ago, that is why I thought shopee deactivated my shop already as I am not already active to it, but on the other day, I received an order from someone who lives in Camarines Sur. I was shookt and happy at the same time because I didn't expect that I will receive another orders after almost half a year of being inactive. Yesterday, I received an order again and I want to share here how I prepare my orders because I missed doing it after 6 long months of focusing my self with my contents on noise, read and also to cryto. I am now able to prepare and pack my orders again 😁. So here's how I pack orders from my shop. When someone ordered on your shop, the **To Ship** icon will look like this, (the number depends on how many orders you have received). ***This can be a guide as well for those who doesn't have any idea with preparing their first orders on Shopee.***

The first thing I do is to click the arrange shipment from the app so that I can get the waybill of this order. The waybill is the one we see the barcodes, seller's info and the buyer's info. By arranging the shipment, if you're only using your phone, you must go to chrome, click the desktop mode and login your account to ***seller.shopee.ph*** so that you can arrange its shipment. Shopee doesn't allowed users to arrange shipments from the app itself, we need to open our shop in web in order for us to view and be able to print the waybill.

The second thing I do is to print the waybill (you will be asked what date you prefer to pick up the orders from your house, it depends on you). Since I'm just a small seller on shopee and can't afford to buy the waybill printer, what I do is to go to the nearest computer shop where I can print the waybill in bond paper only.

The next thing I will do is to prepare the products. I will prepare my table where I will place everything that I'll use in packing this order. I sanitize everything for my buyer's safety of course such as the products they will receive, the pouch and even my table and hands.

I will prepare my **"Thank You"** stickers that I bought on shopee and the J&T Express pouch as well since this is the courier of this parcel.

After this I will prepare the products, she ordered 2 shirts for kids, it was Peppa and Barbie ♡. I will fold them nicely and put them in plastics after.

Once they are already inside the plastics, I will sealed them using my Thank you Stickers.

And this will be the finish product! Once I am done with this, they're ready to put inside the pouch of J&T.

Alcohol is a must for me when it comes to preparing someone's order. I sanitized the clothes as well before I fold and put them inside their own plastics. (To all the buyers out there, don't forget to sanitize your products too before sending them hehe). When someone bought a product from my shop, I always give them freebies like this chiffon scrunchie for their children. Because they ordered shirt for a girl kid so I'm expecting that it is for their daughter, niece or even for their inaanak with a sticker saying *Thank You* again because they made me smile by just ordering the products left on my shop.

I will sealed the pouch and I will stick the waybill using a clear packaging tape so that it doesn't get wet and shopee also told every sellers before that we should also protect the waybill by using a waterproof sticker, but since I can't have that kind of waybill I just cover it with packaging tape.

Ready for pick up! However, I think this would be the last time that I will receive an order because this is the last items from my shop. But I'm still planning that if I have an extra money, I will use it as my capital to buy clothes again to Taytay Tiangge and sell it on my shop. Thank for Reading!
