ঘৃণা (English : Hate) হচ্ছে কাউকে মন থেকে অসহ্য করা বা অধিক অপছন্দ করা। এটা ব্যক্তি, দল, সত্ত্বা, বস্তু, আচরণ, বা ধ্যানধারণার বিরুদ্ধে সরাসরি নির্দেশ হতে পারে। কেউ ইচ্ছা করেই কাউকে ঘৃণা করতে পারে না।

ঘৃণা এমন একটা জিনিস যা মানুষকে ধ্বংস করে দেয়। তাই এটা থেকে আমাদের কে সবসময় দূর এ থাকতে হবে।
