Insomnia: How I get me sleeping

After a long period I am again suffering from insomnia.... Actually I have to suffer whenever I'm bit tensed or depressed. And sometimes being over excited leads me to have this.

Whichever causes it, I've got a good solution. For me it works 90%.

Whenever I feel insomnia,

  1. I first go to bed and start listening audiobooks or any short stories. For short stories I like "Mirchi Bangla" btw.

  2. And yes if I listen from youtube, first I disable the autoplay option.

  3. The sound volume is set quite low that can engage me to a calm n quiet story environment.

  4. The light should be off too.

  5. And lastly close my eyes to listen attentively .

This helps me much. In fact I fall asleep within 20-30 minutes.

I think if you have the problem n try this out, you'll get an effective results.

Anyway, I'm going to do this now and so good night😇

Im suffering insomia just like you.. I sleep always 4 to 5 am. I have tried to change my daily sleeping routine but it doesnt help at all. I will try all your tips mentioned aboved and hopefully will work for me and to other readers too with sleeping problems too. Thank you dear for sharing this! God bless!
