Road

A road is a piece of land that connects two or more places. Roads are usually made for the purpose of transporting goods, moving people or traveling. Trees, drains, hills, mountains are cut, filled, tunnels are made or the middle ground is made more parallel to make the road suitable. Roads are mainly made of dirt, gravel, concrete or bricks.

The people or the local government authorities have been building the roads for a long time. Roads built by the ancient Romans and Incas are famous all over the world. But river vehicles are usually easier and faster than road vehicles. Railway transport was invented as a means of communication during the Industrial Revolution. In this context, the railway is recognized as a special type of road. At present all types of wheeled vehicles are operated on the road. Among them - cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trams, etc. are one of them.
