Actually, there's no comparison between Mr.bean and Mr. Charlie chaplin...they both r legends of different century..but Charlie is the one who started silent comedy....mr.bean copied him..but he's a part of more ppl's childhood....Mr. Charlie Chaplin is not only best comedian in the history but also a great English comic actor and exceptionally great wise man
